I am intrigued by the acknowledged relationship between us. However, I understand that it may take some time for us to bring this relationship into the open… I wonder how long it will take.
Although attention irks me, a proclamation involving myself into Oliver's life somehow makes me feel proud and gratified. I can foresee my life turning upside down, from a boy prones to being framed in an unkind rumour, to somebody who walks beside the most popular boy on campus.
I cannot wait to see the look of the envious admirers when they see Oliver bring me around all sorts of places he usually visits, help me with my studies in the library, share an umbrella with me in the rain, hold my hand when we walk down the alley after class, spend time together in the coffee house I work in, kiss me when the soothing jazz music plays, fool around with me in the bed, in the movie theatre, in the baristas' locker room…
