As dawn broke, Qin Yi stepped out of the Palace Hall.

He traveled alone. Within his own kingdom, there was no need for guards.

After a brief exchange with Madara, Qin Yi never expected to make him submit with mere words. That would be both naive and foolish.

Madara's allegiance was already an undeniable fact. What Qin Yi needed was for him to recognize the benefits of their alliance.

Of course, if Qin Yi's King's Strength grew powerful enough to rival Madara's in the future, their dynamic would shift entirely.

On the streets, people bustled with energy, their faces glowing with joy and renewed purpose. A new day had begun, and with it, a new life.

Even if their world had crumbled and what once stood as a mighty land had been reduced to mere fragments, the rekindled vitality of its people burned undiminished.

In this world, hope was an unyielding force, untamed and unstoppable.

Leaping along the winding paths leading to the kingdom's outskirts, Qin Yi moved swiftly.

Half an hour later, he arrived at the edge of the fields.

Overnight, diligent farmers had already tilled the land and sown new seeds, awaiting the first shoots of life.

Qin Yi stood in silence, his gaze heavy with contemplation.

Before him lay a celestial void. Beyond this point, there was nothing but emptiness. The land simply ended.

"This world is vast, its volume five times that of Earth."

"Once, it teemed with life, brimming with resources, magic, and civilizations as ancient as time itself."

"And now, all that remains is this single, isolated kingdom."

Qin Yi sighed.

The lineage of Kings was unique, embodying the essence of sovereignty itself. By nature, a King's throne could never be shared. Even between father and son, when a former King chose to depart, a great divide would form. Lands, civilizations, people, and wealth had all been stripped away, leaving Qin Yi with only this nascent kingdom.

The remnants of a once-great world still flickered at the edges of his vision, an ethereal illusion of what had been.

This boundary was not natural— it was severed. The land was meant to stretch farther, yet it had been forcibly reduced.

Qin Yi took a step forward.

That day, he stood at the edge of a cliff, atop a mountain cleaved in half, beside a river that no longer flowed.

As he traversed his fragmented land, he bore witness to the wonder of the King's World— a world on the brink of collapse, now held in fragile suspension between ruin and rebirth.

Silence, desolation, sorrow, hope, and anticipation— these emotions wove together, shaping the soul of this broken world.

Finally, he stopped beneath an ancient, gnarled tree. Though it had been split in two, fresh buds pushed through its cracked bark, defying destruction with new life.

Qin Yi smiled.

"You should have perished," He murmured, "but I am here."

"So let us walk toward the future together and explore the boundless stars."

His voice faded, and with it, his figure vanished.

By now, dusk had fallen.

This world was fractured and small, yet like the crooked tree, the severed river, and the scarred land, it had begun to heal. New buds unfurled, stagnant waters surged into flowing streams, and barren fields stirred with life once more.

The world had awakened— and it would continue to grow, thriving against all odds.

Qin Yi sat in silence, absorbing the unique emotions of his land. As its ruler, he could feel them as clearly as his own heartbeat.

Returning to the Royal Palace, he closed his eyes briefly, allowing himself a moment of rest before instructing Wan Qiu to brew a pot of tea.

After drinking alone for a while, he leaped onto the roof of the Palace Hall.

The architecture of the Royal City carried the elegance of ancient China, its streets imbued with a timeless charm.

The setting sun at dusk was immense, glowing in warm hues of crimson and gold.

Cross-legged atop the Palace Hall, Qin Yi slowly closed his eyes.

"It's time to adjust the time ratio between the two worlds."

As King, after establishing the framework of his kingdom in the Otherworld, he could construct a Realm Gate projection to link the two realms and manipulate their temporal flow.

"With my current King's Strength, the maximum adjustment I can make is a fivefold speed increase."

As the thought crossed his mind, his King's Strength surged outward.

"Creak!"

A soul-shaking sound echoed from the void, startling Qin Yi.

It resembled the winding of an ancient clock, but vaster, more profound— like the very gears of time being set in motion.

Before his eyes, a translucent clock shimmered into existence, its surface rippling with myriad colors.

Strange runes adorned its second, minute, and hour hands. To Qin Yi's astonishment, the hands twisted and bent as though threading through countless worlds, existing in both infinite vastness and finite form.

"This is the Clock of Time."

Focusing intently, Qin Yi channeled all his King's Strength into the ancient artifact.

"Creak!"

The second hand moved, followed by the minute and hour hands, each turning in unison.

As the energy surged, the hands began to accelerate, spinning faster and faster.

In the depths of the void, an unseen rhythm spread across the Royal City, distorting the air in pulsating waves. Citizens looked up in awe as the sensation extended through the Realm Gate, enveloping the entire Nation of Qin in the Naruto World. An invisible shield settled over the land.

"His Majesty is adjusting the time ratio between the two worlds."

Uchiha Madara, strolling through the Royal City with Gandalf, narrowed his eyes.

"He can even control time?"

"Indeed," Gandalf responded with a knowing smile. "Every King possesses their own Clock of Time, allowing them to regulate the temporal flow between their world and the Other-Dimension World."

"With this ability, even when we wage war in another world, our physical age will not be altered by its time. We remain bound to the passage of time in the King's World."

Madara's pupils contracted.

"So, if we spend ten years in my world, only one year will pass here, and our bodies will only age accordingly?"

"Exactly. However, the current time flow should be at five times the normal speed."

Gandalf closed his eyes briefly, sensing the shift before confirming it with a smile.

As dusk faded into night, Qin Yi continued his work, exhausting his reserves of King's Strength. By morning, the hands of the clock had stabilized, ticking with a crisp, unwavering rhythm.

It was then that Qin Yi led his people back to the Naruto World.

In just two days, the order had been fully restored in the Royal City. The Three Generals had appointed a Minister, ensuring the kingdom's continued stability.

Now, the focus shifted to the pressing matters within the Naruto World.
