Layla held Anna tight in her arms while the latter wept while blabbering stuff she couldn't comprehend. But she didn't need to hear her words to know Anna really cared about her and missed her immensely during their absence in the Park Mansion.
"Hey… Calm down now; I'm back right?" Layla gently tapped on her cheeks and she peeked at her face. She was a little shorter in height as compared to Layla so she successfully drenched her shoulder with her tears.
"Not even for once they let me call you! I-I was scared something might have happened to you." Anna relented as her hold remained tight over Layla's waist. She on the other hand let her vent out and inwardly she smiled. She never had anyone befriend her ever since her childhood; the one she could call a friend suddenly disappeared from her life.
