Michael swatted the door with his full force in a way some of the hinges became loose. Without sparing a glance or uttering some pleasantries to his familiar doctor, he dashed towards the bed to see Layla's woeful state.
Her eyes were wide open and although she blinked they were devoid of any emotion whatsoever. Frank just mentioned her condition to Michael just when they were about to enter the hospital, which in turn earned him a few series of blows and now he spat blood in the wash basin.
"Everybody out." Michael asserted without breaking his gaze away from the pitiful woman who held his heart. Frank hesitated for a bit but left eventually after earning himself a glare from his boss. Jenny who got back her consciousness beamed with happiness after she realized she wasn't dreaming.
