Aurora James - POV
"Luna, could you please close your eyes." the makeup artist asked me, and I did as she told me. Once she was finished with the final touches to my makeup, she moved behind me to remove the necklace that Zander gave me when my hand flew to the neckpiece.
"What are you doing?"
"Alpha Alonso has already given a jewelry set for you to wear for this dress, Luna. But I want you to take this off," she explained, but I shook my head. Zander gave this to me with so much love and I don't think I can take this off. I looked up at the mirror when our eyes met, and I saw the fear in her eyes. "Luna, if I don't oblige, Alpha Alonso might." she trailed off and I knew what he would exactly do to her.
"Remove this place it inside the jewelry box, and give it to me," I told her when she nodded her head.
"Do you want to take this to the ballroom, Luna?" the makeup artists asked me when I nodded my head, but then an idea struck my mind.
