Alex opened the file and stared at the map inside. His eyes widened.
"Wait... if this highway really gets built... that land will be worth a lot!" he said, his voice rising with surprise.
Aurora nodded slowly.
"Exactly. Your half-brother may be foolish in some ways, but this time, he made a smart move."
"Indeed...in comparison...I seem a little foolish." Alex said softly.
