"Tatsuya it's time to wake up " Aina's voice reverberated from outside his room as she passed by their bedroom immersed in the housework.

The warm sunlight streaming through the window and Aina's gentle voice calling out to him from outside his room slowly roused Tatsuya from his slumber.

He lay on his bed, blankets wrapped snugly around him, as the familiar sounds of his mother's housework created a soothing background hum. As Aina's voice grew louder, Tatsuya stirred, absently throwing off the blanket covering him.

He sat up, rubbing his eyes with the heel of his hand, trying to shake off the remnants of sleep. But as he opened his eyes, he was met with a world that seemed... different ?

It was as if he was viewing everything from behind a veil, with an ethereal blue light emanating from various objects, imbuing them with a downgraded but simplified version .It was as if nothing could be hidden from proximity of his vision.

Tatsuya's eyes widened in confusion as he rubbed them again, hoping to clear the strange vision. But the world remained unchanged, bathed in the soft, blue light circling around the objects.

He leapt out of bed, his heart racing with excitement and trepidation. Rushing to the wooden dresser, he yanked open the drawer and retrieved a small, ornate mirror from the lower shelf. Holding the mirror up, he gazed at his reflection, and his eyes went wide with shock.

His sclera, once a bright, shining white, was now an inky black, while his irises glowed with an unearthly, bluish-white light. Tatsuya's voice trembled as he whispered, "Jo--Jougan?!"

The word hung in the air for a moment before his eyes flickered, and the strange, glowing bluish white orbs and the surrounding black colour disappeared, replaced by his former, yet somehow transformed, blue eyes.

These eyes, had definitely gone through some explosive development with his awakening of chakra ,twinkling with a hint of mischief, as his vision semeingly having advanced leaving Tatsuya stunned and bewildered.

His mind reeled as he thought, 'How is this possible? I've already been gifted with incredible optical powers as a transmigrator... and now, I possess the 'Pure Eyes, the Jougan,' as well?' The sheer magnitude of his newfound abilities left him breathless and wondering what other secrets both of his eyes might hold.

As the curiosity about his eyes began to wane, another revelation shook him to his core. He could sense everything happening within a 50-meter radius, even with his eyes closed. 'Is this the uzumaki kekei genkai 'Kagura's Mind Eye' (K.M.E.)?' he wondered, his mind racing with excitement.

Just as this thought surfaced, his door swung open, and his mother, Aina, stood before him, her face etched with astonishment. "Tatsuya, you... you've awakened the K.M.E.?" she stammered, her lips spreading into a wide grin as she struggled to contain her pride.

"How do you know that, Mom?" Tatsuya asked, his curiosity piqued. Before he could react, Aina swept him up in a tight hug, her arms enveloping him warmly.

"Any Uzumaki could tell that, boy," she said, her voice filled with affection. "Yesterday, after your enthusiastic jump, your sudden loss of consciousness had startled everyone. But, thanks to Oh ! Rikodou Sanin (Sage of Six Paths), you had only exhausted yourself."

Tatsuya was about to quip, 'Don't thank that old phony geezer,' but, remembering that the Sage was his ancestor, he wisely kept his thoughts to himself ,nuzzling deeper into the warm hug.

As Aina carried him to the dining room, where Ashina, his wife, and Grandpa were seated, she beamed with pride, saying, "Ahem, ahem, my boy has—" But before she could continue, Grandpa swiftly rose from his seat and took Tatsuya in his arms.

"Oh, boy, I'm happy to see you properly recovered," he said, his eyes boring into Tatsuya's as a sigh of relief escaped his lips.

After his uncle and aunt had also checked his condition, Grandpa's gaze continued to pierce through Tatsuya's eyes as he spoke, "Tatsuya, your eyes seem different. It's as if you can see right through me. And yesterday, your eyes were flickering like someone was switching a light bulb on and off."

' Wait did they see Jougan?? , well although I can't willingly tap into it, their is no point in hiding information specifically about it from them'. Tatsuya carefully arranged his thoughts before responding, "Well, the eyes you all see currently have definitely evolved. It's as if I can see everything in slow motion if I want to, and the chakra definition surrounding all things whther living or not has become clearer. But about those white eyes, I have no idea what they are, though they definitely had drained a lot of my chakra, causing me to lose consciousness yesterday."

"I'm unable to harness or tap into the power of those eyes, but the current ones... it's as if they're free, no toll. Though, if I try to focus on something specific, my chakra is definitely drained, but only when I wish to focus intensively. Otherwise, it's as if I'm seeing an upgraded world without any cost of chakra," Tatsuya explained, sharing all he could since there was no reason to keep it hidden from his family.

A shocked expression appeared on everyone's face as they digested Tatsuya's explanation. Grandpa's expression turned serious, and he cautioned, "Boy, you better not tell this to anyone else... Keep this a secret from anyone else, except from your father. If the leaders of opposing clans or daimyos come to know of it, you will face a direct onslaught from all of them."

Before Grandpa could continue, Aina's face darkened, and she growled, "Let them come. If anyone harms my boy, I'll kill them." She snatched Tatsuya from Akira's embrace, hugging him protectively as she muttered, "Don't worry, Tatsuya. Your mother will protect you with her life."

Tatsuya, however, was not worried in the least. He was sharp enough to understand the importance of keeping his abilities under wraps, at least until his brothers, Hashirama and Tobirama and he himself , entered their teens and gained massive power-ups.

Ashina's wife, Tatsuya's aunt, spoke up, a warm smile on her face. "If these surprises weren't enough, sensing that you've awakened Kagura's Mind Eye is a shock in itself. Never in my life have I seen someone awaken K.M.E. just a day after opening their chakra pathway."

Akira's and Ashina's faces mirrored each other's shock as they processed this revelation. They expanded their perception ability to Tatsuya, eventually sensing the slight disturbance produced in their own K. M. E. fields by Tatsuya's who was unable to control it voluntarily.

Aina, however, grumbled in her head, clearly displeased that she was not the one to share the news. 'Tch, she stole my words,' she thought, a hint of a pout on her face.

Pride radiated from Akira's face as he spoke, his voice infused with warmth and congratulations, "Well done, Tatsuya! Hahaha, now we can start with your real training!"

His eyes twinkled with excitement, and a wide grin spread across his face, reflecting the pride he felt in his young grandson.

A cold shiver passed through Tatsuya's spine as he listened to his grandfather's congratulations and the subsequent increase in his training, which were soon followed by similar sentiments from his uncle and aunt.

Meanwhile he sat comfortably on his mother's lap, savoring the warm atmosphere and enjoying his breakfast.

Few hours passed, and Tatsuya found himself practicing seals under his mother's guidance. Aina was instructing him on how to release chakra, infusing it into the ink to give the seal a shinier, more mysterious arrangement and hence making them functional. The seal, previously written with ordinary ink, now seemed to come alive with a subtle glow.

Tatsuya's exceptional eyes proved to be a boon, providing him with an additional boost in identifying the intricate structures of seals. This particular seal was the first stage of the Small Area Barrier Seal, a technique that would evolve as a Fuinjutsu master progressed in their rankings.

Within 15 minutes, Tatsuya mastered the seal, replicating it with ease. A smug sense of accomplishment washed over him, but Aina quickly reined in his arrogance. "Good job, Tatsuya, though if you hadn't been able to master it this soon, given your natural optical powers and your previous two years of practice with ordinary ink,it would have been a shame."

Tatsuya's face fell, and he huffed in disappointment. "I know... but can't you let me enjoy a small moment of accomplishment?" A frown formed on his face, making him look even more adorable. Aina's hand instinctively reached out to stretch his cheek, giggling. "No, boy."

She continued, "Tatsuya, what you've mastered is only the beginning of a simple barrier technique. There are various others departments of barrier technique as well other seals which we'll go through this year."

Tatsuya's expression turned thoughtful, and he asked, "Hmm, but Mom, when will we return to the Senju estate? Has the war not subsided yet?" Concern etched his face as he wondered if his older siblings and father had forgotten about him.

Aina chuckled. "No need to worry, we'll return next year. There's been news that both your brothers have become quite powerful, so you better work hard, or they might forget you." She teased Tatsuya, who shivered at the thought, wondering, 'Did she read my thoughts?? How terrifying!'

Just then, a knock resounded in the room. Aina asked the person to enter. A ninja clad in a red and blue uniform, with a whirlpool symbol forehead gear tightened around his forehead, appeared before them. "Lady Aina, there is a message for you from the Senju estate," he spoke, presenting a scroll to her with both hands, displaying his respect.

Aina took the scroll, her expression thoughtful. "Hmm, thank you. You may leave." The shinobi nodded and immediately flickered away from Tatsuya's view.

Aina's eyes scrunched as she read the scroll, her gaze moving from word to word. A scowl formed on her face, and her expression conveyed a deep sadness.

Tatsuya's concern was piqued, and he asked, "What happened, Mom? Did something happen to Dad or Brother Hashirama and Tobirama?" His face scrunched in worry, mirroring his mother's troubled expression.

Aina's voice was laced with sorrow as she summarized the contents of the letter. "No, baby, but your Uncle Nobuanga, your dad's brother, and his wife were killed during an unexpected encounter with the Uchihas. Although both sides suffered heavy losses, Nobuanga being the sibling of your father has made matters complicated."

Tatsuya's memories of his early life were hazy, but he vaguely recalled Uncle Nobuanga and his two little twin children, who were a year younger than him. He had met them only once, when Aina took him to congratulate Nobuanga and his wife on their children's birth.

Aina continued, her gaze fixed on Tatsuya's sorrowful expression, "Your cousins, though I doubt you remember them, have been adopted into our family as they are still only four years old and their is no one else to take care of them."

Outwardly, Tatsuya's expression remained somber, but inwardly, countless thoughts swirled in his head. 'How is this possible? This never happened in the original timeline.... Dad never adopted any children ... I haven't even done anything yet, how is this butterfly effect happening?' He questioned his mom, trying to sound intrigued and sorrowful, "What are their names, Mom?"

Aina's eyebrows knitted together in worry as she replied, "Kawarma and Itama Senju.... At least, that's what's written here." Her concern for the future and the implications of this unexpected turn of events was palpable, casting a shadow over the entire family's future.

Tatsuya screamed internally ' What the hell?? ' .
