"I think the flower is from one of your suitors!"
Rebecca rolled her eyes, denying the nurse's assumption.
"I don't have suitors," she said with a smirk.
"Impossible! You were too pretty! And I could see you are close to Doctor Simon. Every single nurse here has a crush on him, but he is such a snob. We start believing he has a different sexual orientation, but we witness his concern toward you."
Rebecca smiled and said, "We are childhood friends."
"Oh. No wonder he didn't welcome other girls." Said the nurse with a meaning in her words.
"Huh? What does that mean?" She feels that the nurse misunderstood what she said.
She pointed out that they were childhood friends, so the nurse would understand that Simon was only kind to her because they had known each other for a long time.
The nurse didn't answer but winked. She helped Rebecca open the box and take out the bouquet of tulips.
"Look how lovely they are! Here, Rebecca! Now hurry and read the card!"
