What truly concerned Ron was not the Toneri himself but rather the extent to which the Tenseigan could replicate the abilities of the Truth-Seeking Balls. That was the only thing he currently had no solution for. While it was true that even someone like Momoshiki could create a fusion of the five chakra natures to form something similar to a Tailed Beast Bomb, it was far from the absolute, reality-altering properties of Yin-Yang Release, or truth-seeking ball, which was immune to normal chakra.
Whether it was Otsutsuki Toneri or Momoshiki, their power was undeniable, but it stemmed entirely from their bloodline. Their immense abilities came preordained, bolstered by their chakra reserves and inherited traits rather than through disciplined mastery. Ron believed that even Jigen, from the Boruto era, was likely no different from Uchiha Madara with the Rinnegan, perhaps slightly stronger as Madara wasn't given enough time to refine his abilities as he opened his Rinnegan at an older age, but still limited by the same fundamental principle.
In the history of the shinobi world, only the Sage of Six Paths and Kaguya had demonstrated the ability to use Yin-Yang Release to its full potential, creating life, shaping existence, and forging Truth-Seeking Balls made of all seven chakra types with their own powers. No one else, not even among the Otsutsuki's in Boruto, had ever displayed such mastery.
This alone proved that bloodline alone was not enough to wield these abilities freely. There was a threshold beyond mere bloodline, one that required something more, whether it be enlightenment, knowledge, or a level of control that no ordinary individual, Otsutsuki or otherwise, could simply inherit.
But Ron wasn't worried. He had observed his father, the Third Raikage, who had grown even stronger over the past two years, his physique was probably much stronger than Hashiram's only the chakra and healing were definitely not in par, but still his chakra was more refined and grown beyond shadow level similar to his body, which probably neither Hashirama or Madara could match. As long as Ron successfully integrated Natural Energy or perfected the technique he envisioned, threats like the Truth-Seeking Balls or even the Infinite Tsukuyomi would no longer be unsolvable problems.
Of course, Ron had also been focusing on sealing techniques, seeing them as the ultimate countermeasure. He believed, no, he knew, that sealing techniques were the most fundamentally broken ability in existence. With the right seals, even the strongest entities could be restrained, their very existence suppressed or bound eternally.
For now, he had no concerns about the Moon or the possible future appearance of figures like Momoshiki. His sealing techniques would ensure that any enemies he faced would be trapped, not haunting their captors or slayers, much like how Boruto was haunted by Momoshiki, but with no hope of escape.
What did occupy his thoughts, however, was the idea of launching a satellite into space. He had long desired to do so, but the potential consequences held him back. If such an endeavor were noticed, not just the shinobi villages but also the remnants on the Moon would grow suspicious. Investigations would follow, and Ron had no desire to deal with the mess that would bring. The last thing he wanted was to attract attention.
That was why he had tasked the Hollow Mountain Research Center with perfecting high-level concealment seals. With them, he could operate undisturbed, moving his projects forward without interference.
For now, his priority was security and discretion. He understood that once he fully immersed himself in Natural Energy in the future, true concealment would become impossible. But until then, everything he intended to build had to remain hidden, out of sight, out of mind.
