After some thought, Ron chose not to satisfy Ed's curiosity and instead asked, "Ed, the research on the high-level concealment array is completed, right?"
Ed looked momentarily surprised but quickly nodded. "Yes, the integration of the Sealing Barrier Poles is finished; barrier poles are already being manufactured for use by the village's ninjas as a summoning-based system. The Multi-Layered Concealment Array has been successfully incorporated into the design. The Uzumaki researchers, in particular, put in tremendous effort to refine it. The array doesn't just isolate the concealed area from all five senses, it also ensures that no external observer perceives any discontinuity. Regardless of their vantage point, they will see a seamless extension of the surrounding environment. Even moving objects within the concealed space won't seem to suddenly appear or disappear. The array dynamically integrates with its surroundings, creating a perfect illusion."
Pausing for emphasis, Ed continued, "More importantly, this concealment array is resistant to sensory and probing techniques. Any detection jutsu passing through the barrier will remain unaware of the presence of concealed entities or know something is blocking it; they will just phase through it."
"This applies even to advanced monitoring techniques and dojutsu like the Byakugan. Of course, this is according to the Uzumaki clan members, who have experience dealing with Konoha's clans. Since we currently lack a Byakugan user, we haven't been able to verify its full effectiveness against that particular ability."
Ron nodded in approval. "Good job, Ed. That will suffice. If necessary, I'll make the final modifications or adjustments to the concealment seals when we deploy them."
As he considered the implications, Ron's thoughts drifted. "From what I know, the giant eye on the moon, used by the descendants of Otsutsuki Hamura, functions similarly to the Third Hokage's Telescope Technique, allowing them to observe the shinobi world. While their surveillance appears broad rather than targeted, most high-level shinobi would be aware if they were being directly monitored by something akin to the Byakugan. Still, it seems to act more like a telescope than a direct perception tool."
Ron wasn't particularly concerned about such monitoring. The inhabitants of the moon were not pure-blooded Otsutsuki; they did not possess the divine resilience of beings like Otsutsuki Momoshiki, who could survive even after the destruction of his physical body. Even within the true Otsutsuki Clan, there were clear hierarchies; servants like Otsutsuki Kinshiki were powerful but lacked the immortal essence that Momoshiki or Kaguya possessed. Kaguya, in particular, transcended physical mortality, unlike Momoshiki; her existence was tied to chakra itself, ensuring she could never truly die, even physically. As long as chakra persisted, she could always be reborn in some form.
Of course, Ron did not fear them. In fact, he considered them relatively weak. If they were truly powerful, the Branch Family on the Moon, who had long since begun consolidating their power, would have already wiped out the ninja world in accordance with their warped ideology. The fact that they hadn't proved their limitations. In Ron's eyes, only someone with an extremely pure bloodline and mastery over the Tenseigan, like the unborn Toneri, could pose a genuine threat.
