I slammed the door to my room shut, barely making it to the bed before collapsing onto it. My body ached all over, exhaustion settling deep in my bones. I turned onto my side, staring at the ceiling, but sleep didn't come. My mind was too wired, too full of things I didn't want to think about.
So with a sigh, I reached for the drawer beside the bed with little hope, but surprisingly my communicator was there. I brought it out and turned it on, and went to the gallery, and started flipping through the photos stopping on one.
