Jamie entered the room with confidence. Even if you aren't, it's always better to act. She found the City Lord sitting in the center of the room watching them.
He was a white-haired guy who could act in a hair commercial.
"Nice to meet you, " He stood up.
Jamie didn't know the etiquette of theirs. Were they shaking hands, or she had to make some other gesture?
She didn't know.
"Please sit down, " He added before she could process and decide her actions.
"As we were saying," he glances at Sawyer and then Jamie," You said you could provide me with seeds!"
Sawyer shook his head.
"I said I could provide Independent Outer City with seeds. I don't want to interfere or get involved with officials."
"What do you want in return?"
"High Lord!"
"Not possible!"
Jamie was wondering why she was here to see them argue and negotiate. Sawyer was fine on his own.
