As the days turned into weeks, Niamon's growth became more rapid, and her curiosity knew no bounds. She would often sneak into the heart of our mountain cave, trying to "help" Mother with her meals, and ending up covered in blood and scraps of raw meat. I chuckled to myself as I watched Niamon try to catch a piece of dangling meat, only to have it slip through her claws. Mother laughed and scolded her gently.
One day, Father cleared his throat and announced, "I think it's time for Niamon to start learning some real dragon skills. Tharros, I want you to start teaching her how to hunt and track."
I nodded and gently picked up Niamon with my jaws, careful not to hurt her. She let out a soft growl of excitement as I lifted her off the ground.
"Come on, Niamon! Time to learn how to hunt!" I exclaimed, trying to sound enthusiastic. Niamon wriggled and squirmed in my jaws, her tiny claws waving in the air.
I took off into the sky, Niamon securely in my jaws, and flew over the mountains surrounding our cave. The wind rushed past us, whipping Niamon's scales back and forth.
As we flew, I pointed out different types of prey to Niamon, teaching her how to identify them and track them. She listened intently, her big round eyes taking in every detail.
After a while, I spotted a small rabbit hopping through the underbrush. I gently set Niamon down on a nearby rock, and she crouched low to the ground, her eyes fixed intently on the rabbit.
"Go get it, Niamon!" I encouraged. Niamon let out a tiny roar and took off like a shot, her tiny wings beating rapidly as she chased after the rabbit.
Niamon's determination was admirable, but her technique was still a bit rough. She chased after the rabbit, her claws swiping wildly, but she kept missing her mark. I winced slightly as Niamon tumbled to the ground, her scales scraping against the rough earth.
But she didn't let that deter her. She picked herself up, shook herself off, and took off after the rabbit once again. This time, she managed to grab hold of the rabbit's tail, but she didn't quite know what to do with it.
The rabbit let out a terrified squeak and tried to wriggle free, but Niamon held tight, her jaws clenched determinedly. I couldn't help but laugh at the sight. Niamon was so focused on catching her prey that she didn't even notice me watching her.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Niamon managed to catch the rabbit, albeit a bit clumsily. She proudly carried her prize back to me, her head held high and a triumphant glint in her eye.
I beamed with pride, happy to see Niamon succeed. "Well done, Niamon!" I exclaimed, trying to sound as proud as possible. "You're a natural-born hunter!"
I smiled and giggling "Hey, little sis, just know all your older siblings have been inside our father stomach before you were born!"
I question, "Do you want to go inside Father stomach in the future it is fun and playful and warm and cozy in there!"
Niamon's eyes widened in surprise, and she looked at me with a mixture of confusion and curiosity. She let out a series of soft growls, clearly trying to communicate.
She looked up at me with excitement, her eyes sparkling with wonder. I laughed and ruffled Niamon's scales. "I'm sure Father will take you on a stomach adventure soon, little sis."
Niamon wriggled with excitement, her tiny claws waving in the air. She let out a happy rumble, clearly eager for her future adventure.
As Niamon's excitement grew, I could see the eagerness in her eyes. She was ready for her next adventure, and I was happy to be a part of it.
I smiled, remembering the times Father had taken me on similar adventures. "Don't worry, little sis," I said, "Father will take good care of you. Just be brave and have fun."
Niamon let out another happy rumble, her scales shimmering with anticipation. I chuckled, knowing that she was going to love her stomach adventure with Father.
I smiled, "But you are not yet 1 year old yet, so you can't go yet!"
Niamon's face fell, and she let out a disappointed growl. She looked up at me with pleading eyes, as if trying to convince me to change my mind.
I laughed and ruffled her scales again. "Don't worry, little sis. You'll get your chance soon enough. Just be patient and keep growing strong."
Niamon huffed and crossed her tiny claws, pouting slightly. But I could see the excitement still sparkling in her eyes, and I knew she couldn't wait to go on her stomach adventure with Father.
Just then, Father landed beside us, his large frame rustling the leaves of the surrounding trees. "What's all the fuss about?" he asked, his deep voice rumbling through the forest.
Niamon immediately ran to Father, rubbing against his leg and letting out a series of high-pitched growls and whines. Father chuckled and reached down to scratch Niamon behind the ears.
"Ah, I see," Father said, smiling at me. "Someone's eager for their stomach adventure, aren't they?"
I nodded, grinning. "Yeah, but I told her she's not old enough yet."
Father nodded thoughtfully. "Well, we'll see about that. Maybe it's time we started preparing her for the journey."

I nodded, grinning. "Yeah, but I told her she's not old enough yet."
Father's expression turned hesitant. "I'm not sure, Tharros. You and your siblings...well, let's just say you were a handful inside my stomach. I'm not sure I'm ready for another adventure like that just yet."
I chuckled, remembering the times my siblings and I had kicked and squirmed inside Father's stomach, causing him discomfort. "I know, Father. We were a bit rough on you, weren't we?"
Father nodded, a hint of a smile on his face. "Just a bit. But I suppose it's only fair that Niamon gets to experience it too...eventually. Let's just hope she'll be a bit more gentle than her siblings were."
Niamon, sensing Father's hesitation, looked up at him with big, round eyes, letting out a soft whine. Father chuckled and scratched her behind the ears again.
"Don't worry, little one," Father said. "I'll take you on your stomach adventure soon enough. Just be patient and keep growing strong."
Niamon seemed to accept Father's words, and she nodded her head, her tiny claws waving in the air. I smiled, knowing that Niamon would get her chance eventually.
"For now, let's focus on your hunting skills," I said to Niamon. "You've got a lot to learn before you're ready for the stomach adventure."
Niamon let out a excited growl and took off, running through the forest with Father and me following close behind.
As we ran through the forest, the trees blurring together, Niamon's excitement was palpable. She darted between the trees, her tiny wings fluttering wildly as she chased after squirrels and rabbits.
Father and I watched with pride, happy to see Niamon's natural hunting instincts kicking in. We followed her, offering words of encouragement and guidance as she learned and grew.
As the sun began to set, casting a warm orange glow over the forest, Niamon finally tired out, collapsing onto the soft earth with a happy sigh.
Father and I settled down beside her, wrapping our tails around her to keep her warm. "You're a natural-born hunter, Niamon," Father said, his voice full of pride.
I nodded in agreement. "And with a bit more practice, you'll be ready for your stomach adventure in no time."
Niamon looked up at us, her eyes shining with excitement. She let out a soft growl, already eager for her next adventure.
And with that, the three of us settled down to rest, the forest growing quiet around us as the stars began to twinkle in the night sky.
