Woon find himself in an Barren land asking himself where he is now remembering that he died in an accident but still alive from that but what alert him most is that his foreign surroundings a land where dried trees is everywhere a single drop of water can't even be spotted the land is dried and not a single piece of life can even be seen.
"Just where am I?... It's frickin hot here am I in a dessert or something?"
"I'll look around for now!"
Woon walk through the Barren land endlessly walking but no matter how much he tried to walk around he can't even see a spec of life in surroundings.
"Shiii. Am I really alone here?... But based on what I see there something I didn't recognize this skull it doesn't belong to any animal I know having two eyes and two horn just what is this?"
Woon wonder just where he is and what is the skull that he just see something otherworldly creature that didn't even exist where he came from but as he move on he spotted something in a distance something has four legs and moving in a distance.
"Wait is that a dog or something?. I'll gotta take a look closer!"
Woon walk closer watching his steep not to make any noise after walking he hid behind a dead tree to not be seen by the creature.
'shiiit what's that?.. is that a dog or something?' whisper to himself
Woon see a dog like creature with four eyes and two horn just like what the skull he see earlier but this creature has red fur and has two tails but almost half of it's body is made out of metal machinery.
'just what is that?.. that dog just came out of straight fantasy but it has some sort of robot parts in it! A cyborg dog!'
As he watch the creature it noticed him and immediately rush and jump to woon trying to attack him woon is so frightened and can even move his body on shock in what just happened but suddenly the dog like creature head burst as a loud noise sounded like a gun shoot straight at the head.
'wha.... What was that?!.. a gun?' woon said to himself while trembling.
Suddenly a man pop out of nowhere as if he's invisible from the start and just revealed himself wearing all black clothing with a black cape in his back with a lion emblem sew in it.
"Yow yow what are doing?"
"Tryin to get your self killed?.. you know this corrupt twin tailed dog is quite dangerous compared to a normal one!"
'what? Twin tailed dog... Such thing doesn't exist in earth where am from.. and this guy.. he's... Frickin handsome the hell with that looks..'
"What are you starin at!.. ohhhh your fallen for me. Hahahha I know that I'm handsome but not to this point hahaha!"

They walk together talking to each to pass time while walking as time progress it just so fast that it has been three days that they are walking encountering otherworldly creatures on the way but Eric just take care of it using his revolver to just shoot the creatures from the distance while woon distracts them.
"Woon you have talent for being a meat shield hahaha!"
'this bastard he's been pissing me off from the start and he didn't even give me a rest or a piece of time he kept trash talking to me!'

"What are you trying to say something hahahah!"
"We're gonna reach our destination just a little so just follow me!"

"So woon what your gonna do after we reach the city?"

"Ohh it's simple there request of planting trees finding a cat but those request are just for babies what most mercenary take is monster subjugation even assassination is good their but it rarely come by!"

After a their days of walking they finally reach the city where Eric is been talking too a tall wall made out of stone is built around the city is what woon first notice that even though they're no longer in the barren land where he find himself lost people still is careful that monster might come rushing.
"Hey Eric this tall wall we're already far from that barren land and now we're surrounded by trees ain't it safer!"
"why would they build a wall we didn't even encounter a single monster on the way!"
"Haysss woon just because there's no monster in the forest doesn't mean they don't need to build a wall that will protect them"
"There are threats that coming here like the corrupt monsters they been rushing here at least twice a year ranging a number of at least a thousand coming here just to attack the City"

Woon and Eric head to the city passing through guards after entering and getting through the huge gate woon is amazed that on how beautiful the city is a well built road made out of stone carriage with extravagant designs people dress like a noble he so amaze that he couldn't even utter a word.
'wha what... I get a gist that I transmigrated to another world but seeing it in person is truly amazing.'

Eric is so proud that he manage to take woon to the city where he reside taking tour left and right showing the whole city even the night hit and two moon risen can be seen

"Let's go and rest at an inn for tonight you must be exhausted at our tour!"
