Lan Xuanyu sat in silence, his golden eyes reflecting the ethereal glow of the shop's shifting constellations. The chair beneath him felt more than just a seat—it was a throne, ancient and regal, its carved runes pulsing faintly as if whispering secrets only he could hear. The fabric of the cushion, deep crimson like freshly spilled blood, was soft yet firm, offering both comfort and authority.
Before him, the crystalline table gleamed under the shop's ambient light, its surface adorned with delicate golden script that shifted and rearranged itself in patterns beyond mortal comprehension. The glowing tablet resting atop it pulsed in rhythm with the veins of gold and silver in the marble floor, as though the entire shop was alive, breathing in tandem with his own presence. His gaze drifted to the massive painting on the far wall.
The Nine-Colored Dragon loomed over the chamber, its prismatic scales rippling like waves of light, shifting between hues as though the very cosmos had been woven into its form. Its eyes, deep and filled with unfathomable wisdom, seemed to pierce through time itself, watching him with a gaze both knowing and expectant.
Xuanyu leaned back slightly, fingers drumming against the armrest, his thoughts lingering on the great changes that had just happened in his world due to runes.
Ever since the birth of the World Origin Rune, something had changed—something fundamental, something beyond mere power. His world had not just grown; it had awakened. There was now an undeniable presence permeating its every corner, a faint yet persistent will that seemed to hum beneath its very existence. It was no longer just a created space bound to him—it had become something greater. It could feel. It could respond. It could evolve on its own.
The entire world had begun to expand at an unprecedented rate, far beyond what he had ever expected. From its initial diameter of ten thousand kilometers, it had surged to fifty thousand in mere seconds, and yet the expansion did not cause destruction or instability. Now its current size is exactly ninety-five thousand nine hundred one.
The very laws of space and existence within the realm had shifted, ensuring that every stretch of land, every river, every mountain, and every forest adjusted naturally, as though guided by an unseen force. The sky had changed as well, no longer feeling like a mere expanse within a pocket dimension but instead resembling the endless heavens of a true world. The air carried a newfound weight, a depth that made each breath feel more real, more substantial.
Deep within the world, the Myriad Race Blood Lake, hidden beneath the Fidelius skill, had grown deep, pulsing crimson. The energy within it churned with an ancient and primal force, as though the very lifeblood of countless races was responding to the changes in the world's foundation.
Also, the Myriad Race Blood Lake birthed a new fairy—Elaris, the Fairy of all Races and Blood. She can transform into all the races whose blood is in the Myriad Race Blood Lake. But it takes too much energy to transform into a higher race. But despite this, she became one of the strongest fairies right beside Silvia and Valeria.
Another thing that surprised him was that a blood-colored egg appeared deep inside the Myriad Race Blood Lake, near the root of the Origin Tree. When he first saw it, he frowned because he felt intense evil and demonic energy from it.
Since Elaris assured him it wasn't harmful, but in fact beneficial for his world, he let it be. He had been keeping an eye on it for the past few days and was surprised to see its aura surpass Titled Douluo and reach the Demi-God rank. But despite this, the egg was nowhere near hatching.
He appointed Elaris as the guardian of the Myriad Race Blood Lake and ordered her to create another lake not far away from this original lake. This new lake will be granted to spirit beasts as per Ditian's indirect wish. This will be open to spirit beasts and maybe his subordinates, friends, and family.
At the same time, the Origin Tree grew to a staggering height of 2,590 meters, its branches spreading wide and majestic. From far away, the Origin Tree looked like a pillar supporting the sky. Its branches and leaves now regularly shone with different colors. At night, the view of the Origin Tree was so stunning that Xu'er insisted on sleeping on the Origin Tree. This second lake wouldn't be hidden under Fidelius.

As the land expanded to roughly 33,500 kilometers, it stopped growing outward and instead gave way to the formation of a vast ocean. Though this shift awakened his Sea God bloodline, it slightly raised his strength but majorly increased his affinity to water bodies.
This awakening of a God-rank bloodline led to the birth of another fairy, Nerida, the Fairy of Oceans. Unlike other fairies, she continued to call him daddy instead of lord. This brought a great deal of teasing from his mother. Even Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue teased him about it—a six-year-old father.
Despite his attempts to protest, their teasing never ceased, making him wonder if he had just gained another source of endless embarrassment.
Anyway, he gave authority over the oceans to Nerida. Also Nerida gained her own rune of sea, but not an Origin rune because it comes under Origin rune of water.
The awakening of his Sea God bloodline enhanced his affinity towards water bodies and his control over its respective runes.
Anyway, the ocean stretched for another 40,000 kilometers before new landmasses began to emerge—eight islands, each measuring roughly 2795 kilometres.
These islands were still raw, untouched by any force, until eight Elemental Fairies—Ignis, Ilayda, Eris, Bell, Luna, Saria, Storm, and Diana, with their respective Origin Runes—Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, Darkness, Thunder, and Life—descended upon them, bringing with them their respective Origin Runes.
As soon as the fairies and runes fused with the land, the islands started to transform, shaped by the elemental forces they embodied.
The island claimed by Ignis and the Fire Origin Rune became a land of intense heat. Flames began to flicker across its surface, growing stronger by the moment. Lava rivers formed deep underground, occasionally bursting through cracks in the rocky terrain. Though the fire did not yet rage uncontrollably, the entire island pulsed with an ever-present warmth, signaling the rise of an untamed inferno.
Ilayda's arrival with the Water Rune transformed her island into a landscape of flowing rivers and deep lakes. The surrounding ocean merged with its edges, creating an environment where water was in constant motion. Rain clouds naturally formed above, occasionally releasing gentle showers that enriched the land, making it the most fluid and ever-changing of the islands.
The Earth Rune, guided by Eris, solidified the foundation of its island, turning it into a place of sturdy rock formations and rich soil. Mountains began to rise, their peaks still growing, while deep within the ground, veins of minerals and ores started forming. Unlike the shifting nature of other islands, this one felt stable, as if it had existed for thousands of years despite being newly formed.
Bell and the Air Rune turned her island into a place of free-flowing winds. The landscape remained open, with towering cliffs and floating rock formations carried by unseen currents. Unlike the stillness of the other lands, this island was in constant motion, with soft breezes and powerful gusts shaping the terrain. The air itself carried a faint hum, as if the island was alive with whispers of the wind.
Luna's presence, along with the Light Rune, bathed her island in a soft glow. The land was warm and radiant, with patches of luminous plants beginning to grow across its surface. The sky above remained clear, allowing an endless cascade of golden light to shine upon the island, giving it an almost ethereal appearance.
On the opposite side, Saria's Darkness Rune wrapped her island in shadow. Unlike Luna's warm glow, her land was draped in dim light, with thick mist rolling across its surface. The shadows were not oppressive, but they moved subtly, as if alive. Caves and hidden pathways formed naturally, creating a landscape that seemed both concealed and ever-shifting.
Storm's Thunder Rune turned her island into a place of endless storms. Thunderclouds gathered above, and while lightning did not yet strike in full force, the air crackled with energy. The land was rugged, with jagged rock formations that seemed to attract the growing static in the air. Occasional sparks flickered across the ground, signaling the power that was gradually awakening within this domain.
Diana, bearing the Life Rune, brought an entirely different transformation. Her island became the most vibrant of them all, overflowing with vitality. The existing vegetation flourished at an accelerated rate, growing taller and denser, while new, more resilient plant species emerged, uniquely adapted to the island's energy.
The air carried a refreshing, invigorating scent, and the land itself seemed to hum with life. Streams of pure, crystal-clear water began flowing naturally, nourishing the lush greenery. Unlike the other islands, which embodied raw elemental forces, Diana's domain exuded harmony and renewal—a place where life could thrive endlessly.
