"Auntie Maggie, what does it mean to marry me?" The little boy widened his eyes, asking seriously.
Maggie was amused by the child's earnest expression, and she replied with a straight face, "Marrying you means... You ask your daddy and mommy to give Uncle Leo and me your family's company, and then we'll give you a little Daisy. That way, Daisy can always play with you."
Being just over two years old, Jackson Foster was easily swayed by Maggie's coaxing.
"So, if I tell Daddy and Mommy to give the company to Auntie Maggie, you won't have to take the little sister home anymore, right?"
Maggie stifled a laugh and nodded, "Yes."
"Little sister, wait here for me. I'll go talk to Mommy." After giving instructions to little Daisy like an adult, Jackson sprinted to his mother with his little legs.
Rachel Foster carried a plate of fruit she had cut herself into the living room just in time to be hugged by her son.
