Gabriel watched as Xavier entered the dungeon and walked to his cell. Gabriel wanted nothing more than to wipe the smile off Xavier's face and bash his head against the same bars keeping Gabriel in the dungeon.
"I hope this cell is good enough for you. I picked it out myself, so it's close enough for you to have a word with the princess," Xavier said, briefly glancing at Morgana.
Morgana was finally a lot more quiet now that she realised where she placed herself. It was time to see how long Gabriel would be mouthy before he finally gave up.
"I don't belong here. I only came to see Selene. If I had harmed you, then you would have a reason to hold me and keep me here in your dungeon, but you do not. The town guards will come looking for me," said Gabriel.
It was going to be strange when they didn't see him around. First, they would check his home, which didn't have any servants alive and the scent of blood lingered. Then, if they were smart, they should question Xavier.
