CHAPTER 31
Rizika felt a slight headache as she gradually opened her eyes. She blinked slowly and rolled on the bed. The soft mattress was lulling her to sleep again. She even sighed in bliss. It was softer and more freshly scented than her own bed.
Her eyes snapped open. The bright, high ceiling with small bulbs made her blink. She wasn't in her own room. She sat up in a jolt and looked around. Sleepiness was instantly gone in her veins.
She sighed, pulled her knees close to her chest, and propped her elbows above. A hand touched her temple. A blanket still covered her lower body. And she noticed that she was in sleep attire. A long-sleeved, white, flowy dress that probably reaches her ankle. She didn't mind it at all anymore. It had been days, and she was already used to it.
