"Are you out of your fucking mind?" Lena screamed as she leaped off the bed and snatched my phone out of my hand. "What the hell is wrong with you?!"
"What are you talking about?" I demanded. "Jace is working with my uncle to steal my company, and you expect me to simply sit by and do nothing?"
"What exactly were you planning on doing? Call him?"
"Of course!" I agreed, "I have to know why he would betray me like this."
"Are you serious right now?" Lena's hands fell to her side.
"Give me my phone," I reached for it but she stepped away, taking it out of my reach.
"I can't believe you'll do this to me! I just told you that my life would be destroyed if it was found out that I told you such sensitive information and the first thing you want to do is call Jace. My boss! How the hell are you going to tell him that you found out?"
