Shortly after receiving the letter from her father, Banou goes to the empress and seek her help regarding to dispatch royal physicians to the crown prince in Ottoman empire. She is advise by the empress that this needs the emperor's approval. Hence there will be a waiting time. Banou understands that besides the emperor's approval. He will needs the royal imperial physicians bureau and the prime minster to discuss this before he will give his answer.
Three weeks later, Banou go into the palace. The emperor gives his approval. However it will take at least a month for them to get ready. Plus they will need someone to follow to Ottoman empire. Banou's heart drop as she hears that. She understands that they will need someone to translate and it will happen to be her. Banou goes straight to Envoy Ayaz's residence. They sit down to discuss about it. He said he will come up with a solution.
Meanwhile during this time, the five older boys are sent to the imperial school to study. They have gone through the entrance test as per every nobles who wish to enlist in. They have passed and admitted into the imperial school. Banou help them to pack their clothes and some daily necessity. Banou send them to the entrance with the younger children. The five boys bow to her and thank her for trusting them. Even though they are unknown parentage, they are loved and raise by the Prince Li Cheng and Banou. The principal personally show the boys the room that they will be living in school. Banou is satisfy with the conditions thus she leaves with a comfortable thoughts. They will be living in the school for five years. Only be home for the Lunar New Year.
While at home, there is only left with four older children. While the twins are growing up, they play most of the time. Consort Wu and her daughter will come visit on somedays. One rainy day, Li Jun appear in the mansion. Banou and him drink tea while watching the rain.
"Did you ... miss the time when we are together? I miss those days."
"Master, we ... should look forward to the future. Not looking back."
"So you don't miss me at all."
"There isn't anything i don't miss doing. I just want to live for ..."

Before he can say anything else, LI Cheng returns home. From far he already spot his brother's carriage. Also his butter have inform him where his brother is at. That night they lay on the bed and talk. Banou tell Li Cheng about her father's request. He listens but his hands are unable to stop touching her.

"I always though of having one boy and one girl. Now we have two boys..."
"My dearest... am i suppose to keep giving birth till a daughter is born?"
"Why not?"
"I am... get older every year."
"Then let's hurry up. Every minutes count."
He kiss her passionationally. Undoing her top his hand grope her breast and gently move them. In no time, her breast milk flow out. He hurry to remove his clothes and stare at his wife who is half dress on the bed with a seduction look. Once she is wet enough, he enter and begin to pound her with passion. He watch her fully breast move up and down while her milk is leaking non stop. His sweat beads roll down from his face and dip on her flat tummy. His big hands hold her slim waist and he hold her waist up to push in further. Slowly his hand support her back to allow her to move and sit up. her small smooth hands travel from holding his muscular arms to his shoulder to his neck to his back. Goosebumps and heat circulate around him. Banou move up and down on him. She watch his face which slowly relaxed. One of his big hands move up and grab her breast, he push it up and feel her breast weight. While the other hand behind her feel her bottom moving. Banou slowly pull him near her and she kiss him on the lip and move to his neck. She taste his sweat beads and feel the heat.
The whole night, Li Cheng try his best to hold back so that he can give Banou more pleasure. In the morning, when he walk out to do his daily exercise, he command the maids not to wake up the mistress. After she wakes up to fetch water for her to bath and wash the bedsheets as well.
A week later, envoy Ayaz comes to the mansion. There is no solution except that Banou have to travel with the group back to Persia. She is desperate not to return to the place that holds all the bad memories for her. Going back, she might never able to return back to Tang. At night she stare at the sky and ask for God's help.
