Cavenfish and the rest present were surprised but never questioned me and followed my order.
"Now Enhanzor deliver our main point of discussion."
I voiced the main purpose of the meeting while Cavenfish sat back down and Enhanzor stood up.
But as he did I raised my hand to him. Enhanzor confused like the others but watched me look to Ra'Zhul asking an unknown plea which he caught onto.
"Understood"
With a whisper Ra'Zhul transformed from his body becoming pure mist covering the entire room in a pure blackness that seemed to contain sound.
"Forgive me but I'm a cautious man now given this information now please continue."
Enhanzor when given the cue began diverging on the information all were gathered to know.
Thinking of the correct words to not start an argument causing a worried sense of feeling within himself.
"We have discovered a surface."
Everyone besides myself, Votek, and Ra'Zhul were surprised Marnie had an idea about the time Ra'Zhul told me but never knew the picture until now.
I looked to Enhanzor expecting him to elaborate which he did.
"One of my scouts saw a big piece of land off a border seems to be country size big enough for a small one at least."
"How far?"
Without letting him continue I asked the most wanted known question which again was answered.
"Right below us."
"""What!!!"""
"How have you all this time never seen a country right below us!!"
Several of our fellow board members were surprised including myself. The only one who had spoken his mind was Shi Hou who had slammed his fist against the table out of fury and surprise.
"It must be due to my stay here."
Everyone looked again to me surprised and expectant on my answer. Which I didn't give instead I spoke again.
"In fact it's all my fault however as your King and most of all Father to you all. I will solve this."
Then with the ending to my sentence I looked to where Ra'Zhul once was and then soon enough the purple blackness recollected back to form his physiological form.
Once the light returned I also returned to our main business.
"Votek you and Marnie monitor Shi Hou and Cavenfish and provide aide however you can. And Ra'Zhul go to the surface and report back to me on what is found. This concludes the meeting."
Everyone who was seated stood up from the table and began to exit. As they did I spoke to Votek.
"Please monitor their progress and Ra'Zhul."
Votek the diligent General followed my orders to the letter and followed our three Captains to observe their progress whenever they'd make it and the other gave a whispery response to my order.
Ra'Zhul understanding his orders left my throne room by convulsing the shadows until he wasn't present anymore.
All who were left were me and Marnie in the throne room. Which was about to change.
"Marnie I want you to go to Cavenfish and help him search for a Sea Beast with your third eye."
Marnie looked at me only being met by a pensive look and smiled under her garments waving her staff teleporting away answering my command.
"Understood my liege."
What happens next is a part I never took a part in mainly the key player was Ra'Zhul now.
Who was with Enhanzor flying towards the spot of the Isles where the land beneath us can be reached.
How they flew was a simple matter of electricity in Enhanzor's jet fueled suit. Ra'Zhul however was a ghost so of course he could fly or at least levitate.
As both parties flew towards their destination they passed one of the many islands in this sky archipelago known as Thalassa.
This island had no solid ground making it to be an island entirely made of pure water.
I once visited this island but that's a story for another time.
Ra'Zhul and Enhanzor flew past this island reaching the outer most areas of the land all that remained were clouds.
Once the cloud line was reached Enchanzor stopped flying and flew in place waiting for Ra'Zhul who when compared to Enhanzor's flying speed was inefficient.
"This is where we part ways I must return to my duties."
Enhanzor without a second more returned flying back to his home when Ra'Zhul nodded in understanding.
After Enhanzor's departure Ra'Zhul faced the cloud line and slowly flew towards it as he was not sure of what lies beyond it.
As Ra'Zhul approached the clouds his spectral form phased through the clouds with expected ease as these weren't the first clouds he's been through before.
Once through Ra'Zhul saw a huge body of water where when compared to Thalassa it was a spec of dust.
The water itself was also darker and emitted a salty scent to Ra'Zhul unseeable nostrils.
After a quick once over of the Ocean the area Enchanzor and his men found was brought to light easily seeing the border from land to sea.
Ra'Zhul not wasting any time flew with increasing speed towards the land stopping on the nearby beach.
Once on the beach Ra'Zhul used his left corporal hand to feel the sand fall through his fingers along its sides.
Ra'Zhul unlike most monsters didn't possess legs of any kind and is replaced with mist. So in order to truly observe in his case Ra'Zhul had to get hands deep.
But Ra'Zhuls' wonder soon subsided as a set of life forms presence was felt causing him to be on the most highest of alerts.
