The Straw Hats and allies arrive at Zou, but its extraordinary length proves daunting.
Kanjuro: "I've built a snail capable of climbing Zou, but it can only carry a limited number."
Luffy: "Let's get moving! Kanjuro, Kin'emon, and Jimbei will come last."
The group begins ascending.
Mid-climb, a child loses grip.
Luffy swiftly catches the falling kid.
Luffy: "Don't worry, little guy. You're safe."
Kid: "Th-thank you, m-mister...monkey?" (faints unconscious)
After an hour of climbing:
The group reaches the top, finding Zou in ruins.
Nami: "What happened here? It's devastated."
Robin: "This destruction looks recent."
Suddenly, a mysterious wormhole appears.
Goku: "What's going on?!"
The wormhole sucks in Vegeta, Bulma, Chi-Chi, Gohan, Krillin, Goten, and Trunks.
Goku: "NO! Why, Zeno?!"
The wormhole vanishes, leaving Goku bewildered.
The chapter ends with Goku's desperate question lingering.
