"Forget it!"
Shen Zhaozhao knew his temperament so she didn't push it.
"Come in," Sheng Chuyi said, taking her suitcase.
Mr. Sheng had taken Qin Suxin and Little Ali to a cocktail party, leaving only Sheng Chuyi at home.
In the past two years, Sheng Yan Cheng's business had grown substantially, and his social commitments had increased accordingly.
But Sheng Chuyi didn't like such bustle and seldom attended.
"Have you eaten?" Sheng Chuyi asked.
"Not yet." She had come straight to the Sheng Family home by taxi from the high-speed train station, with no time for food.
"Let's go, I'll take you out for dinner," Sheng Chuyi said, picking up his car keys and holding Shen Zhaozhao's hand as they walked outside.
After dinner, it was still early.
"Let's go watch a movie!" Shen Zhaozhao suddenly suggested.
Sheng Chuyi glanced at her and agreed.
The midnight cinema was almost empty; the two of them sat in the very center, feeling as if they had the whole place to themselves.
