"Pfft, that's a quick way to get used to it for sure. But as much as I'd like for us to be able to go that bare, I think that might be a step too far." Undine giggled, handing the woman a spare dress from her inventory. "You can have this. It looks like it'll fit you nicely."
Undine, then helped the woman into the dress. It was of course another one of the chest-less designs. After all, it was the new fashion here, and incredibly normal to see all around.
The woman, with her new dress, spun around with a new sense of freedom. This.. This really does feel so much better! Her lips curled into a smile as she came to a stop, face to face with Undine. "Thank you, Lady Undine."
"Pfft, don't worry about it. You look beautiful. Now go get your friends fitted for some outfits too." Undine Said, leaning in to whisper, "Then go find yourself a man. It should be much easier now."
The woman blushed with a smile. "I'd like the company of my sisters more… At least," She said, noting the radiant glow coming from Undine. "Until I saw how beautiful the other option was. I wonder how warm it must feel… I can't help my curiosity."
"No need to worry too much, remember that you can have as many official partners as you can manage. So long as all are in mutual agreement of course." Undine said with a confident pose.
"Yes! Then… I'll do it!" The woman said, jumping up and down. She then ran off saying "Thank you Aunty!" and "Hey sisters! Let's go! I just know you'll love how this feels! So freeing. Ha, I love it!"
The four women gathered together for a moment as the newly dressed one explained just how good she felt. There were some murmurings among them for a few moments until they all scurried off, making their way down the street and taking a hard turn, right into the nearest seamstress fitters. It was quite cartoonish how they did it leaving others who watched it happen to have a good laugh.
"With the four of them making the adjustment… That's everyone now, right?" Brightness asked, the look on his face was full of curiosity.
"That's right, it seems the idea of feeling free has finally won out." Night Silver said, as she was surrounded by a bunch of children. "Awe, I know I didn't come out to play with you yesterday. But, Brighty was so close that I couldn't just leave him alone. Besides…" She said, caressing her belly. "I'm glad I waited a little longer."
"Oh! I know now!" One of the little girls exclaimed with a big and seemingly knowing smile on her face. "Mommy! You have a baby in you now!" The look on her tiny, precious face was intoxicating.
The other children stopped what they were doing, to take a good look at their goddess mother. And as if they had all practiced for this very moment, their faces slowly turning to a joyful happy smile. The two children that were in Night Silver's arms, took the opportunity to give her a kiss on either cheek, resulting in the two children squirming all adorably.
"Wow, to think the children would be that excited." Brightness said, picking up a couple of the children and sitting them upon his shoulders. "You children really love your mother don't you? It warms my heart."
"Well of course we love mommy!" The boy on Brightness' right shoulder replied, as he and his friend gently kicked their feet. "She tells us stories, plays with us, and makes sure we never go hungry. And not only that but whenever we take a bath, she always makes sure we're all clean before getting to sleep, nuzzled in her or our friends arms."
"That's right! And because Mommy does that, our parents do it as well. It's always so warm and cozy no matter where we sleep!" The girl on Brightness' left shoulder added, with a cute smile. "And to top it off. She's my role model. I love her so much, I want to grow up and be beautiful and confident just like her."
"Ahahaha! That's excellent. I'm sure if you put in the work, it won't matter what job you take in life. You'll grow into a confident young man and young woman that mommy and your parents can be proud of."
"You really think so?"
"That's right son, whether you decide to be a warrior, or a farmer. Or anything else you can imagine, as long as you keep that attitude, you'll do well in life." Brightness chuckled, growing a smirk. "Now, the real question, do you have a crush yet?"
"Huh! Wha- Wha- Wha!"
"Yeah, do you?" The girl asked, with a curious look. Her hair flowing down only making the boy more nervous.
"Uhm, I do… But, uh… I can't say…"
"It's me isn't it."
"Huh! How did you know!"
"Pfft, I think you're cute too."
"Oh my, isn't that sweet. You'll be good together for sure."
"Thank you aunty Undine!" The girl said, waving her arm. "Oh, uhm, I was wondering if…"
"Yes you can. But that won't be ready for a while. So don't worry about it, and focus on getting closer." Undine giggled, knowing exactly what it was the girl wanted.
While all of this was happening, Night Silver continued to blushingly snuggle with as many of the sweeties as she could. She was trying to make for lost time. And when she heard the girl's question a new, softer and warmer smile came across her face. "Don't worry little ones. Mommy won't forget you."
Brightness was a little confused for a moment. The girl, noticing this, leaned down to whisper it into his ear. And also explained why it was to be kept a secret from the boys.
"I see, that makes sense. I'd bet it will add some funny moments."
With all of the making up for lost time done, the days continued on without much change. However, Brightness continued to practice in his transformation, allowing him the opportunity to hold it as long as wanted to.
Undine, helped create a flowing river that ran underneath the mountain. The idea was to help increase the ambiance and atmosphere, while also providing a path for small boats. In other words a much smoother ride. Night Silver continued her work on carving out the tunnel path way.
