The wedding date was drawing closer, less than half a month away, yet they had to fight before getting married, which was just unheard of.
Amanda Smith walked out of the dining room and saw Samuel Johnson putting on his coat. Judging by his looks, he was going out again today.
She approached him to stand in front of him, and said, "Do you have a moment? I'd like to talk with you."
Samuel Johnson, who was putting on his clothes, paused slightly. He quickly glanced at Amanda Smith and then tensed his facial muscles.
"I'm about to head out now," he said indifferently, looking down. "We'll talk when I get back."

Amanda stood there, momentarily stunned. She couldn't believe she was watching the retreating figure of Samuel Johnson and couldn't help but call out, "Samuel Johnson, stop right there!"
