Gepard Walker calmly placed the second piece.
"Yes."
Perry Walker furrowed his little brows, concern showing in his dark eyes, "What should we do then?"
"Daddy will handle it," Gepard Walker lifted his chin, "It's your turn."
"But..." Perry Walker clutched a chess piece, "I'm still worried though."
Gepard Walker frowned at his little brother.
"What a hassle," he complained but ultimately stood up, "I'll go take a look."
At once, a smile spread across Perry Walker's face, "Go on, hurry."
Though he disliked such punishments, the rules of the house had to be respected; promises were to be kept, and he could not defy Father's punishment.
Before the allotted time, naturally, he couldn't leave the room either.
Leaving Perry Walker in the Waiting Room, Gepard Walker pulled open the door and stepped out, walking to the railing on the second floor to peer down on tiptoes.
Downstairs, the banquet continued unabated.
