There was an aura of youkai up ahead, not very strong, but seemingly numerous.

These were gigantic crabs over two meters in size, with large, hard carapaces wide at the front and narrow at the back, moderately raised, and appearing smooth, almost iron-like in sheen.
The patterns on the back of the crab shells strikingly resembled an angry human face.
Genji Crab actually exists in reality and is distributed along the coastlines of Asia, also known as Samurai Crab, referred to as Guan Gong Crab along China's coasts.
