"Only for three minutes," Thira nodded.
"That's enough," Medea quickened her pace.
"Two Night Watch Knights ahead have turned back to look," Thira warned her.
"No problem," Medea said, "Just don't get too close, I'll monitor their thoughts."
Thira knew she was an Extraordinary Ability wielder of the Mind Sequence, able to gauge the alertness of others, so she didn't ask further.
Seeing the knights ascend to higher ground, Thira and Medea walked counterclockwise around the base of the elevation.
When they arrived in front of the highland, they were taken aback by the scene before them.
Below the highland, on a plain about 100 meters away, roamed at least a hundred Corpse Ghosts.
