Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: The Black Rabbit Grim's

"This is the place." Tosh says as they walk up to a building. Tana looks at the sign. "الأرنب الأسود غريم? What is this place?" she questions. "Let's go in to find out." Tosh says as she takes off her cloak. "Wait what does that say?" Tona asks, confused. "Oh, that means-" Tana gets cut off by Rubelio, "Black Rabbit Grim's". Tana looks over at Rubelio, "I could've told her". Rubelio chuckles as he, his brother, and the others take their cloaks off; but Peaka and Tana keep theirs on. Sashir looks at Tana, unsure about this as they all enter the building. The sun was replaced with red, blue, yellow, and purple lights; music and chatter filled the air. Tana looks around, "Umm… this place is…" she mumbles. A guy walks up to them, "Welcome to الأرنب الأسود غريم. The place where everyone can mingle, but no humans." he tells them; "There's no limit to who may enter, but you do need to write your name in that book over there." he points to a big book on a pedestal next to the door. They look at the book and walk over to it. One by one they wrote in the book. Tana looks at the book, the book read: name, date, time, gender, species. 'Why do they need my gender and species?' she thinks then starts writing while being nosy. Tana left the 'species' part blank and disappeared into the crowd with her friends, before the guy saw it blank. Tana turns her cloak into a jacket and takes the hood off. Peaka stuck close to Tosh, feeling watched. Tana grabs Tona and Tosh's arm, dragging them to the bar-like area. "Hi. What kind of food do you serve here?" Tana asks curiously. The bartender chuckles, "What kind of food do you want?" he asks the ladies; then hands them a menu, after seeing them start thinking too hard. "Thank you." Tana says, then looks at the menu with her friends. They notice that there's a bit of everything on the menu from all over the world. They stare at the menu for a few minutes before ordering anything. Sashor and Sashir walk over to them; "So this isn't a get in and get out kinda thing?" Sashir questions as they follow the ladies to a booth. "I'm hungry and there's lots of people here. Someone might know something." Tana says as she looks around at the sea of people around the place. Sashir sighs, "Who are we looking for? All I know is that it's a guy." he says, annoyed. Tana looks at Sashir and opens her mouth, "He's a platinum blonde with crystal blue eyes and dark chocolate skin." she describes the guy to Sashir. "Why are we looking for this person?" Sashir asks. Tana decides to not answer his question and starts looking around, again. Sashir sighs and walks into the crowd, looking for the guy, while watching out for any threats. Tosh looks at Tana seeing a sad, determined, excited look all over her face. Tosh smiles with a quiet giggle, while Peaka is on her phone thinking of how to upgrade it. Tona glances over up at Sashor. Sashor smiles at Tona then goes back to watching everyone, carefully. Tana scans the room not able to see anyones face properly. Their order got placed at their table after a few minutes of people trying to flirt with them and them talking to each other about random things. Tana thanks the guy then starts eating with her friends and continue chatting amongst themselves. Rubelio walks over to their booth with two guys. Tana looks at them, "Bo! Sino!" surprised and happy to see them. Sino bows like a gentleman in his two tailed tuxedo, "My Lady, I'm glad to see you're doing well." he says as he stands up straight. "Hey Ana. What are you doing here?" Bo asks. Tana gets up and gives them both a hug. "It's been so long since I last saw you both." Tana smiles happily. Rubelio looks at them curious about them knowing each other. Bo chuckles and Sino smiles happily. "How do you guys know each other?" Rubelio asks them. "We're childhood friends." Tana explains. "Yes, but I didn't know that you knew Tana." Bo adds. Tana bonks Bo on the head. "Ow!" Bo whines. "It's Ana right now." Tana mumbles. Bo rubs his head, "Sorry Ana." he says. Tana smiles, "So you three are friends?" she asks. "Yes." Bo says, "And we heard that you're looking for a very popular yet likes to be alone somebody." Sino says. Tana looks at Sino. "I'd call him cold-hearted. Ignores everyone and thinks he's better than everyone. Girls like that about him though." Bo rants. "We work with him, kind of." Sino tells Tana. "Do you really know if it's the one we're looking for?" Tosh questions, a bit suspicious of them. "We know his name is Ethan and he has blue eyes, blonde hair, and dark skin." Sino replies sharply. Tana finishes eating, "Want to sit and talk with us?" she asks them. They nod then join them and continue their talk as well as catch-up. Sashir checks up on Tana every once in a while, feeling more relaxed and chill. Everyone was enjoying themselves. Hours go by and Tana ends up on the dancefloor with Tona, Tosh, and Peaka. Tona tries to get Tana to dance freely with no worries. Tosh dances with Peaka slightly pulling Tana into a dancing triangle with them. Tana watches her two friends dance as her sister joins. Tana smiles and starts feeling more at ease as the music takes over her body; joining in on the dancing. Tona smiles happily while dancing and laughing. Tosh and Peaka smile as they watch the twins dance with them. Evening turns into night, they are all having fun and Tana is still keeping an eye out for Ethan. Eventually, she gives up for the day. Everything is going fine, besides a few guys trying to get Tana's attention and affection. Tana heads to the bathroom with Bo and Sino following her. The boys wait for Tana outside the lady's room. Tana exits the bathroom, seeing other ladies trying to get close to Sino and Bo. The guys see Tana, ignore the other ladies, in Sino's case gently turn them down, trying to get to Tana. Tana smiles as she turns the other way, pretending she didn't see them; bumping into a guy. "Sorry, I didn't see you there." she apologizes. A woman pushes Tana back, coming out of nowhere, "You're not fooling anyone; you did that on purpose." she accuses. Sino's body catches Tana before she tumbled onto the floor or wall. "What's your problem Clara?" Bo slightly yells, frustrated and offended for Tana. Tana glances over at Bo signaling she's okay, then puts her attention on Clara. "I said sorry; I honestly didn't see them. I turned around without thinking." Tana tells them. "Liar." Clara proclaims, suspicious of Tana. "She's not a liar." Bo says a bit loud over the music. "I can't lie." Tana tells Clara. Clara gets sidelineed by the person that actually got bumped into. Clara grins, thinking Tana's about to be hamiliated by him. Ethan and Tana's eyes lock on each other and the world disappears around them as they get lost in each other's eyes. Clara looks at them confused, then quickly gets in between them facing Ethan, breaking their eye contact; "Let's just go before she tries to do something." she says as she places her hands on Ethan's arm. Ethan snatches his arm away from Clara, coming back to reality.
