Richard carefully took three Magic Rune Magic Tools out of the Space Iron Ring and placed them on the table. He lit many candles and adjusted the angles of some reflective mirrors to focus the light.
Once he had done that, Richard put on a monocle with magnification effects and began to closely observe the Magic Runes etched on the surface of the Magic Rune Magic Tools.
After observing for a good while, he took out a new Papyrus Scroll and, with a Quill in hand, dipped it in Ink and started transcribing the Magic Runes.
A considerable amount of time passed as Richard completed the transcription. Looking at the densely packed lines on the Papyrus Scroll, he knew that the first step of his research had been completed. What remained was to try and decode it—remove the useless lines, keep the useful ones, and obtain the most primitive Magic Runes for use and improvement.
