The busy life of an actor is not acknowledged by the general public as they only care about the visuals, acting, and the gossips inside the industry. Having a great image is nice, but having a loyal fandom is what everyone needs in the entertainment industry. There's a saying inside the acting industry that "you can act like a poop, you can have a personality that stinks, but you cannot have a career if you are not big." It just means that you can be the most famous actor in the world if you have a loyal fanbase.
Yuki Mier is known for his bad boy image. A beta actor that everyone adores, he is also one of the few famous actors that is beta. Yuki built his career with full of hurdles, because beta actors are not enough to be famous.
He tried his best to be where he is today, and he is content with being beta.
But sometimes, being an underdog in this industry, he hates those alpha actors who are given a chance at everything because of their sub gender.
Jake Kion is nothing but a poop actor, his acting is nothing but mediocre, his personality stinks, and lastly, he is famous for doing the bare minimum. He has a loyal fanbase that can kill you if you talk ill about their "Jakey."
Yuki hated Jake's guts when they shot a magazine photoshoot together. He saw the difference in treatment between them. Yuki got his makeup done in his own car while Jake got his own makeup room inside the studio. And when the two of them finally met, Jake ignored him and shouted to the production team, "Can we please speed up the photoshoot? I am starting to get bored. It is not starting yet."
It made Yuki feel like a bucket of ice was thrown at him.
Yuki hates the alpha privilege. He hates that this Jake is taking advantage of being an alpha to the point where he does not care that he is currently working with Yuki.
And now, they are in the same stadium for the end year awarding show. Of course, Jake won the grand prize of "Best Actor" award and Yuki won nothing.
Yeah, Yuki is famous but Jake is much more famous than him. And it makes Yuki infuriated. He wants to be known for his acting without someone bringing up his sub gender. People are calling him genderless because he does not belong to the alpha and omega sub gender. And he hates when people criticize him for being beta.
After the awarding show, he went to the hotel with his team. The year end awarding show takes place in Tokyo, Japan, and every actor is in the same hotel near the stadium.
The top floor of the hotel is given to the alpha actors, and yeah, Jake is one of them. Omega actors are on the middle floor of the building. Meanwhile, betas are on the lower floor alongside the staff of every actor in the hotel building.
Yuki hated the discrimination of sub gender even on the floor of this hotel.
Yuki is currently chilling in his room when suddenly a new kind of feeling starts to kick in.
"W-What is happening?" He is now getting out of breath. He felt hot, like he is starting to get a fever.
"H-help!" He shouted but his weak voice is not enough for anyone to hear him.
He searched for his phone but he cannot see it. He also tried to find his wallet, but he also cannot find it.
The emergency contact of the hotel is in his wallet, but he roamed inside his room, and still cannot find it.
His vision is now starting to get blurry, and his voice cannot produce any sound. He is helpless.
Yuki does not know what is happening to him. But whatever he is experiencing right now, he does not like it.
He tried his best to compose himself but his body surrenders as he fell to the ground.
The beta actor tried to stand up but his knees weakened. He thought that this would be his death, because he seems helpless.
Not until a knock comes in.
"Hello! You forgot your wallet," someone is shouting outside the door.
The man on the other side sounds familiar, but with Yuki's situation right now, he does not have time to think of who the person outside the door is.
"HELP!!" And suddenly his voice regains power to shout, enough for the man outside to hear.
"WHAT IS HAPPENING?" The man outside roars. He sounds concerned for Yuki.
"Please press the door code!" Yuki shouted, his voice starting to get weak again.
"2.. 4.. 2.. 1!" He added. He hoped that the guy outside heard his attempt at shouting and heard him screaming the door code.
And when he heard the click sound of the door, he felt safe and glad.
He is now safe.
But then his little celebration starts to fade away when he saw the almighty Jake Kion in the flesh, entering his hotel room.
GOSH, WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE HIM
"Hey, Yuki Mier, you are too careless for dropping your wallet in the elevato—what is that smell?" Jake dropped to his knee to see the dropped body of Yuki.
"Yuki... Mier?!? You are lying to everyone??? You are OMEGA?!?!" Jake shouted.
And it made Yuki confused and shocked.
Yuki Mier, a beta actor, has magically become an omega?!?
Damn, Jake must be lying.
No, Yuki would never believe an alpha.
HE IS NOT OMEGA!
