Chapter 1 - CH-1 ASHES OF HEAVEN

In the womb of space, a world was bornemerging from the gods of Life, Death, and Time. A divine

planet, it gave life to both gods and humans. This world, known as the World of Heaven, was once a

peaceful place where kings and commoners lived in harmony.

But peace is fragile.

Over time, people began to fightfirst for land, then for wealth. Seeds of greed, jealousy, and anger

grew deep in their hearts. Divisions formed. The once-unified world broke into warring clans, each

seeking power and control. Kingdoms expanded, enslaving the weak and exploiting the poor. The

powerful rewrote laws to serve themselves. The corrupted ruled.

Only one clan refused to follow that paththe Clan of Gods. They believed in peace, not violence.

While others raised swords, they raised wisdom. But in a world twisted by conflict, even peace

becomes a target.

The Clan of Gods fell not in battle, but in silenceerased by the very world they tried to save. With

them died the final ember of peace.

All that remained... were the ashes of heaven.

"Consciousness is both a curse and a giftthe cruelest paradox," echoed a voice in the boys mind.

"Humans dont belong in a place like this. Their only true home is hell."

An arrow flew through the air and thudded into a tree as the hog darted out of range. Driven by fear,

it boltedfaster than the boy could aim again. He chased it through thick jungle, heart pounding, bow

at the ready. He aimed once more, but the terrain made it hard to draw a clear shot.

Thenhis foot caught a rock. He stumbled and hit the ground. The hog vanished into the underbrush.

"This time, all of my focus," he muttered, throwing a stone in frustration.

"Filthy rock."

He stood up and pushed on through the trees until he reached a small hut. It was crude but shelter:

hunting tools on the wall, a fire pit in the corner, and a bed made from hay and animal skins. He

dropped onto it, exhausted. Sleep came fast.

Screams shattered the silence.

He shot up, heart racing, and threw open the door. War.

The world outside burned. Humans lay scattered across the battlefield. Some were missing limbs.

Others stared lifelessly, eyes gouged or skulls crushed. Intestines spilled onto blood-soaked ground.

It was a vision of hellexcept hell had been built by human hands.

And in the distance, a fire-torch hurtled toward his wooden hut.
