Chapter 1 - Chapter 1. Truth untold

There was once a kingdom, a kingdom of great power that no other kingdom could match. The one or more specifically the ones who ruled the kingdom were surprisingly very docile, each of the seven "kings and queens" who had powers far greater than the best of humanity were refraining themselves from being the sole ruler of such incredible kingdom not because they didn't want to but because they weren't allowed to.

Thousands of years ago, when the kingdom was built by the "great builders", it wasn't a sole creation, it was a joint work of all the small Force who existed at that time and built what would be later know as the "kingdom of sanes". The kingdom was incredibly huge and how did they build it is still a mystery to this date but unfortunately not all mysteries are answered, as some are lost forever to time but what isn't a mystery is the downfall of this seemingly unbreakable kingdom and it's breaking down was the doing of it's own rulers.

After it's establishment, the kingdom immediately became the biggest in the world and so did it's rulers, rulers as king and queens because even before it's building started, the "primordial oath" among the one's who were going to be rulers was established and the oath was very simple.

"This kingdom of great power built by the joint forces of great powers, shall have no sole ruler as every single previous ruler of their respective nations will be now know as the kings and queens of kingdom of sanes."

Seven rulers, 4 Kings and three queens. None questioned the oath as every ruler contributed all they had to build this great kingdom and following the primordial oath, all seven were titled the ruler of the kingdom of sanes upon it's establishment and for hundreds of years, for generations the kingdom thrived and conquered most of the parts of the world of Elysara and later on was renowned as the biggest kingdom the world has seen and will ever see, unfortunately, it very much became the truth.

The seven kings and queens ruled the great kingdom of sanes for generations and surprisingly not a single conflict had rose during the generations long ruling of the offsprings of the great builders but conflict is bound to rise when there's different opinions sooner or later.

Breaking the oath that was held on for generations, one king questioned the absurd ruling system their kingdom had, at the moment, the first rulers who built the kingdom were long forgotten or only remembered as the great builders. The king claimed the primordial oath to be unnecessary and even questioned it's existence as even if it was built by seven rulers, why do their offspring of hundreds of years later have to follow their rules? He raised the question that had never been asked before. Some rivaled, suggesting him to follow the rules of the rulers but there were also some who didn't fully agree to him but were very positive about having the throne for themselves so, in a sense they were on his side.

Questions turned into claims and claims turned into arguments, it didn't take long for kings and queens who loved their throne more than anything to fight for it. The fight or more literally the war was deviating.

"They fought for years, for the throne and ended up breaking the primordial oath and later on founded their own kingdom....this and that — In a mocking tone — it's too long, this story is just too long and not to mention I've heard it uncountable times already, i am 24! and I've first heard this story when i was a child as one of my bedtime stories and that was years ago. I'm still stuck in this same boring story."

The young man was fed up, it was not immediate but even the calmest person has a breaking point. Sat on his bed, he ridiculed the same story he had been hearing since as long as he could remember, with an annoyed expression that is.

"Then how bout proving yourself to be worthy of someth more?"

Sat just besides him on the chair that was just besides the bed, she reciprocated his annoyed tone but not in a way one would want to. She questioned him, striking a question that she knew would hit him hard or was very personal to him.

"What did you say? — He gave her a menacing look — I'm pretty sure i am not hearing things, can you say that again?"

She, who was completely immersed in the story that she was reading to him failed to control her mouth and ended up criticizing the one who had criticized her favorite story. Upon realization, her eyes widened and her heart began racing because she knew what she had said could be her last words said to the eldest son of the king.

"My lord! I..... I must've been out my damn mind, please forgive my foul mouth, it's just that i was too into the story that i—"

Seeing her panicking and begging for forgiveness, his anger calmed itself down, being the eldest son could've helped him do so, but it was more than obvious that the one standing at the door wasn't going to, unlike him.

"These slaves are pretty confident nowadays eh? Look at this damned bitch, she just spoke against the children of the king! — The person chuckled but in a sarcastic way — This is exactly! What happens when you treat these animals like humans, they start to act like one."

Beautiful white hair, slim and slender body and paired with the one of a kind beautiful face on top didn't really match her thinking. Upon first glance, just judging by her appearance anyone would think of her as one of the kindest and politest soul in the Lightborn royal family but her words said otherwise.

She furiously stepped into the room, revealing it's true value. The room was huge, extremally huge. For some people that much space would be enough for their whole family but in this royal family, this room of his was one of the "worse" rooms in the grand palace that homed the Lightborn royal family.

The moment she stepped in, she went straight to the young woman who had done what seemed to be a literal crime of some sort, judging by the way the other woman who had just entered the room was acting.

Grabbing the hair of the story woman hard and tightly, she didn't show no mercy which once again didn't match her appearance which clearly was of someone who was supposed to be kind and gentle. She grabbed her hair so tightly that few pieces of hair were literally plucked out and some more when she mercilessly swung her head in a circular motion while cursing at her few times.

"You're useless already, can you at least try to protect the image of our family? If you let an animal like this talk against you just, how in the world will you ever sit on the throne like you are supposed to one day? Or will you even? — She sighed tiredly — actually you know what!? You two are perfect for each other, both of you are completely useless, waste of spaces. I was already pissed off because i had to interact with this shitty brother of mine but you just had to be the cherry on the top and ruin my day completely didn't you eh!? — She looked angrily towards the story woman during the end of the sentence —"

The entire time the sister was chattering, she was roaming the head of the poor woman without mercy and eventually, because many of her hair were forcefully plucked out, she started bleeding from various parts of her scalp.

"Stop it! She misbehaved with me, i will be the one to punish her! Let her go!"

Upon seeing the blood dripping down her temple, he spoke in a serious tone. She very clearly wasn't happy with what he said but she contemplated for a second and eventually let go of her hair. She looked disgusted when some of the story woman's hair were still attached on her hand, she immediately dusted them off.

"You're only talking because you know I can't harm you, you really know how to make use of being older than me, don't ya? If only i was older than you, i would've beat the living shit out of you and you know what's the best part about it? — She leans in closer, just right besides his ear — You powerless fuck can't do ANYTHING! about it."

She left the room afterwards but only after taking a good look at her brother who was staring at her expressionless but she knew that deep down he was scared, at least that's what her small chuckle right before leaving the room expressed.

He took a deep breath right after she left the room, for him it was as if the oxygen had been cut off the entire time she was in the room. He looked towards the story woman who was on the ground all terrified and didn't dare meet his gaze.

"You can leave now, i want to take some rest."

His sudden words startled her a little but she somehow managed to collect herself as she hurried out of the room as quick as she could. The silence filled the room, the room in which he wished for silence just a while ago, when his sister was there was now finally silent but strangely his own room was scary and even more scarier paired with the silence which was odd in a sense because for one, their own room should be their most comfortable space but it was more than obvious for him that it wasn't.

He started out the huge window which was besides his bed, the breeze carried sweet scent of flowers which were present just outside the huge window, a huge garden holding many different kinds of flowers. The view outside the window was beautiful. The tall mountain that could be seen from his window, the clear blue sky paired with the sweet scent of the flowers actually helped him calm down and forget about his fear indicated by his flickering eyelids.

Just moments before he was greeted by the Dreamworld, a strange horn like sound which was ringing all over the great palace completely woke him up. It was more like an instinct, his body acted on it's own and it took him a few seconds to realize that he was already standing and was just steps away from stepping out the door.

"Ahh! — In a irritated tone— This again, has it been a month already?! I thought the last Lightborn supper was just a few days ago. I really hate making public appearances, specially this one!"

He thought to himself while hurrying out of his room and heading towards the "graza eulogia"

He swiftly made his way through many turns and staircase this huge great palace had and eventually made his way to the graza eulogia.

Located a few blocks besides the garden of flowers that could be seen and smelled in the room of the young man, many guards in shining armor were protecting the entrance of what seemed to be a huge hall.

Made pretty by many decorations, it was obvious just from outside that some kind of important event was being held inside the hall. When the guards saw the young man, they immediately made way for him to pass through and eventually made it inside the hall.

Upon entering, just like everyone else, his gaze first landed on the most important man in the hall, the man who is the "core" of light itself, the king of Lightborn kingdom and the head of Lightborn royal family, King Lightborn Helion.

A giant body, almost several times bigger compared to the young man was sat on the throne comfortably which was the biggest and the most well crafted one in the room where other smaller thrones were present as well, the moment the young man entered the hall, all eyes were on him, including the king.
