Chapter 1 - CHAPTER ONE : THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING

EXT. THE VOID BETWEEN DIMENSIONS – INFINITE DARKNESS

Silence.

A silence so pure it feels alive—stretching across endless cosmic nothingness. A low hum vibrates through the dark, like the heartbeat of something ancient and watching. Starlight flickers, but weak, trembling. The universe holds its breath.

And then—

Light.

A brilliant flash.

A single star—the Last Star—burns defiantly in the black. Not a sun. Not a beacon. Something more… sacred. Dangerous. As if it remembers everything the universe has forgotten.

Debris floats in orbit. A shattered planet. Ruins of civilizations long extinct. Time slows. Space warps. Reality flickers like a dying signal.

In the middle of it all stands a lone figure—RONAN.

He doesn't breathe. Doesn't flinch. He exists in a calm that defies the storm.

His cloak flutters against invisible wind. His eyes shimmer gold, each iris containing spirals—like timelines coiled into a singularity.

RONAN (V.O.)

Time is not a line. It's a labyrinth. Every choice... a fracture. Every life... a question the universe keeps asking itself.

A faint vibration in the dark. Debris surges toward him—metal, stone, bone.

But time halts.

With a flick of Ronan's fingers, the wreckage freezes mid-air. He walks through it as if drifting between seconds.

He reaches out and touches a jagged shard of metal. On its surface, ancient symbols glow. His fingers tremble.

RONAN (V.O.)

I've seen every ending. Every death. Every lie. And none of them save us.

Then—

A voice.

Low. Whispering. Not his.

THE HARBINGER (V.O.)

Even you, Ronan... cannot outrun the thread.

He turns. The void warps, bending like glass under pressure. A shadow slithers into form—a holographic echo of The Harbinger. It hovers, eyes like galaxies in decay.

RONAN

I was never running... I was choosing where to fall.

Suddenly—

A shockwave.

Reality pulses outward. Time fractures. The Last Star flares—and within it, a screaming vision: Veyra covered in blood, Nyx lost to shadow, a black eclipse tearing existence apart.

Ronan stumbles. He breathes hard, for the first time in years.

He reaches into his cloak and pulls out a cracked time crystal, its glow flickering.

RONAN

No more loops. No more chances. It begins now.

He crushes the crystal.

CUT TO BLACK.

INT. ANCIENT TEMPLE OF AETERNUM – TIME CHAMBER

Runes glow across walls made of obsidian and star matter. The sound of whispering timelines fills the chamber.

VEYRA crashes through the heavy doors—blade drawn, blood on her face, fury in her eyes.

She isn't afraid.

She's hunted gods before.

VEYRA

You always show up when everything falls apart, Ronan.

Ronan steps out from the shadows.

RONAN

Because it's already broken.

Suddenly, a rumble shakes the chamber. Dust rains from above.

BOOM.

The ceiling cracks. Darkness floods the room like liquid shadow.

NYX descends—wreathed in shadow energy, his once-bright eyes now black with betrayal.

NYX

You can't outrun the Eclipse, Ronan. Not this time.

VEYRA

Then we don't run.

She lunges. Their blades collide with tendrils of shadow. A dance of light and dark. Past and future.

Ronan watches. Silent. He lifts his hand—

—and time fractures.

The room loops.

The fight repeats. Again. Again. Each time slightly different. Ronan watches every version.

His face falls.

He steps back, into a sliver of broken time where everything is frozen—Veyra mid-strike, Nyx mid-lunge, the Harbinger's echo laughing in the air.

RONAN (V.O.)

None of them save us.

He vanishes.

---

FADE OUT.

"THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING"

INT. ABANDONED STARSHIP – DIMLY LIT CORRIDOR – NIGHT

Metal creaks. The faint hum of failing life support pulses through the vessel like a dying heartbeat. Flickering lights reveal rusted walls and shadows that move as if alive.

RONAN walks silently.

His footsteps echo, but not like sound—more like memory. His expression is unreadable. Not cold, but… resolved. Each movement feels chosen, like he's already lived this moment a thousand times.

RONAN (V.O.)

I walk through ghosts. Memories. Possibilities. A thousand futures haunt me, but none obey.

Behind him, air shimmers. Something bends reality.

WHOOSH.

A ripple. Like space being sliced.

VEYRA appears, stepping from a temporal breach. Her eyes are fierce, locked on him.

VEYRA

Still running from your own answers? Or just from me?

He doesn't turn. Doesn't need to.

RONAN

If I stop... you die.

The tension is thick.

Then—

A voice. Ethereal. Cold. Familiar.

THE HARBINGER (V.O.)

Even here, you cannot escape me.

The corridor trembles as the temperature drops. Ice forms on the walls—then cracks into black ash. Time glitches.

VEYRA's hand trembles, just for a second.

VEYRA

What is this?

RONAN

A thread. Pulled too tight.

The shadows gather into form.

NYX.

He steps forward from a swirling tear in the air—eyes glowing with that same dark hue. Power pulses in waves from him, but his posture is... conflicted.

NYX

You left me.

VEYRA

You betrayed us.

NYX (quietly)

And he lied to all of us.

He gestures to Ronan.

NYX (CONT'D)

You always knew what was coming. You could've stopped this. But you didn't.

RONAN

Because stopping it would've broken everything else.

VEYRA

And letting it happen didn't?

Silence.

The lights flicker violently.

The ship GROANS—then the walls distort. A tear in reality opens behind them like the universe itself being ripped apart. From it, shadows emerge, crawling like liquid nightmares—The Harbinger's Shades.

FIGHT SEQUENCE:

Veyra ignites her twin blades, spinning into combat—precision and fury.

Nyx, conflicted, unleashes bursts of chaotic shadow energy—tearing the shades apart but losing control.

Ronan weaves between timelines—appearing, vanishing, striking from milliseconds ahead.

The ship begins to collapse from temporal stress.

RONAN

This timeline's done. We can't stay.

He opens a portal mid-fight—pulling Veyra and Nyx with him as the starship explodes, swallowed by a black hole forming in its wake.

---

INT. FRACTURED REALITY – SAFE ZONE BETWEEN WORLDS

They fall into silence. The void here is calm—but not peaceful. It's a space between—the edge of time itself.

VEYRA

How much are you hiding from us?

RONAN (quietly)

Everything.

He turns away.

NYX (whispers)

Then maybe you're the real Harbinger.

Fade to black.

The Eclipse Awakens

EXT. CELESTARA – FLOATING CITY ABOVE A DYING STAR – TWILIGHT

The celestial city of Celestara hovers in silence—its crystalline towers cracked, its bridges fractured, and its glowing runes flickering like dying fireflies. Once the pinnacle of multiversal harmony… now a haunted echo of forgotten order.

VEYRA walks across a broken bridge, her cloak flapping in the windless void. Her boots click softly against the shattered surface.

Below her: The Last Star pulses—faint, unstable.

VEYRA (V.O.)

The Eclipse wasn't the end. It was a door. And something opened it.

She kneels before a scorched symbol burned into the crystal—a sigil of the Eclipse Cycle, now warped.

Suddenly—A pulse. From the star. Like a heartbeat.

And then…

A portal rips open beside her.

She doesn't flinch.

THE HARBINGER steps out.

Not fully materialized—a projection, cold and calculating. His voice is oil and ash.

HARBINGER

You thought one war would suffice? The Cycle has only just begun.

VEYRA (without rising)

I shattered your armies.

HARBINGER (smirking)

You shattered shadows. I command time itself now.

He flicks his hand. For a moment—the sky turns red. Multiple versions of Celestara flicker in and out—one on fire, one drowned, one completely gone.

VEYRA stands.

VEYRA

You won't get another war.

HARBINGER

I don't want war, Veyra. I want surrender. Yours.

VEYRA

Then you've already lost.

She lunges—but the Harbinger vanishes, leaving behind only a whisper and a flickering vision of what's coming.

A black eclipse—swallowing the stars.

---

INT. DRIFTING STARSHIP – THE VOID

RONAN watches the holographic display—timelines unraveling like silk threads. Entire realities blink out.

He rubs his eyes, exhaustion carved into his face like stone.

A voice crackles through. VEYRA.

VEYRA (V.O.)

Ronan… I found him. He's changing the star.

RONAN

The Harbinger?

VEYRA (V.O.)

No... the star. It's not dying. It's becoming something else.

RONAN (V.O.)

That's not possible. Not without—

He stops. His eyes widen.

Flashbacks flicker:

Him placing a crystal into the core of a newborn star.

Whispers in ancient languages.

Nyx screaming, "You lied to all of us!"

The Harbinger watching him from the shadows, smiling.

RONAN (softly)

He knows what I did.

---

INT. NYX'S HIDEOUT – PLANET ASHERA – NIGHT

NYX sits cross-legged, surrounded by runes glowing in shadow. His hands tremble. Dark energy coils around him like a living thing. His reflection in the glass shows not his face—but the Harbinger's.

NYX (whispers)

What have I become?

A message flashes on his holo-display:

"The Last Star holds the key. But who controls its light?"

He clenches his fist. The display shatters.

NYX (resolute)

I do.
