Chapter 22 - The Solution to Break the Situation

When all the students from Class B arrived, there was still some time before the class began. Hashima immediately invited his desk neighbor Ichinose and several other classmates who had joined the plan first.

Among them were Kamizaki Ryūji, Shibata Sō, and a few girls. They sat in a circle, all looking serious.

After all, they had also heard about the current situation in Class C and knew that Hashima was likely to adjust the plan.

"You've all heard the information from Befu, right?" Hashima held a ballpoint pen and wrote a word in his notebook: Violence.

"Yes, I even heard some additional details," said Kamizaki Ryūji, looking at Hashima with noticeable disgust in his voice. "Apparently, that boy named Ryūen used violence on the first day of school against a classmate."

"Really, how could such a person be admitted here?"

Andō's pretty face twisted in disgust, seeming particularly hostile toward acts of violence. The girls around her nodded vigorously.

"Anyway, what we know is that this boy named Ryūen is someone who doesn't follow the rules," Hashima paused, a sharp glint in his eyes. "If he's willing to use violence to unite his class, it means he's capable of many things we wouldn't expect."

Acts of violence in school were not uncommon. Perhaps the closed environment of the school, in some ways, fostered such behavior. They were just teenagers, and when anger arose, anything could happen.

"Yes, that's exactly what I thought when I heard about it," Ichinose rested her chin on her hand, her blue eyes filled with concern. "If we sell the rules to Class C, it could lead to even more problems."

"That's true."

Hashima completely agreed. Given the information gathered, if Ryūen had used violence on the first day to subjugate his class, revealing the school's hidden rules to him could provoke even more violent incidents.

After all, the rules Class B had purchased for two million yen were very detailed, containing information not in the student handbook, such as contract conclusion procedures or various ways to lose class evaluation points.

"I agree," Shibata, who had been silent until now, scratched his head before analyzing the situation. "If Ryūen learns about the school's hidden rules, he would undoubtedly use violence to force other students to work for him."

"That's school bullying, it's really despicable!"

The girls instantly formed a united front, but after some thought, they all turned their gaze to Hashima, who was still deep in thought.

"Hashima-kun, what should we do? Should we proceed with the plan to sell the rules?"

As they all looked at him, Hashima stroked his chin.

"It's..."

Ichinose, being his desk neighbor, saw exactly what he had written and leaned over to ask, "Hashima-kun already has an idea?"

"A little, but I still need to confirm some information."

Hashima looked up and called out, "Befu-kun, come here for a moment."

In fact, when the students from Class B saw Hashima calling Shibata and the others, they understood that the boy was devising a new plan. On the surface, they went about their business, but their attention was firmly focused on him.

"Okay, Hashima-kun."

Befu Ryōta rushed over immediately, and Shibata yielded the chair he had pulled out earlier.

"Befu-kun, you said Ryūen doesn't fully control Class C yet, right?"

"Yes, Odakun said that even though Ryūen uses violence in class, he's not invincible. There are people he hasn't been able to beat."

"Oh?"

This statement immediately piqued everyone's interest, including the girls who disapproved of violence.

"Tell us more."

Hashima encouraged Befu to continue, as this might be where they found a weakness.

"Odakun told me that when Ryūen tried to use violence to force others to vote for him, several students opposed him."

"Although most were defeated, two students still haven't yielded."

Befu Ryōta, after receiving instructions from Hashima the previous day, had taken advantage of the volleyball club practice to collaborate with Oda Takumi from Class C. While exercising, he had skillfully gathered several pieces of information under the guise of conversation.

"One is Ibuki-san, and the other is... Albert, I think."

Befu recalled Oda's words before adding, "Apparently, this Albert is even a mixed-race student."

"Really?"

Shibata seemed particularly intrigued by this information and asked hastily, "Mixed-race? From which country? England? France?"

"I don't know, but he has black hair and dark skin."

"And he's very strong, much bigger and stronger than Ryūen, which is why Ryūen hasn't defeated him yet."

This crucial information immediately stimulated everyone's thinking. Since Class C was not yet entirely under Ryūen's control, they still had room to maneuver.

"Is Albert a boy, and Ibuki too?" asked Ichinose Honami.

"No, Odakun said it's a girl, and she also knows how to fight, apparently."

"I see."

A glint of understanding flashed in Hashima's eyes, and he exclaimed, "Our breaking point lies right here."

"Hashima-kun already has a solution?"

"Yes, I have an interesting idea, but I'll need the help of a student from Class C," declared Hashima, casting a glance at the hidden camera above the blackboard. An excellent plan was forming in his mind.

"You've all read the rules in the student handbook regarding acts of violence, right?" The boy smiled slightly.

Seeing his expression, Kamizaki Ryūji instantly recalled the rules in the handbook before asking, "Is Hashima-kun planning to report the matter to the student council?"

"Exactly, and we must first obtain irrefutable evidence to better constrain Ryūen."

According to the handbook rules, in case of violent acts, students could file a complaint with the student council, which would then decide on the appropriate punishment after deliberation.

The punishments varied in severity, but for an act of violence, the minimum penalty was a 15-day suspension. This period would be more than enough for Hashima to recover Class C's points.

Moreover, when Ryūen returned after his suspension, the students in Class C, now aware of the hidden rules, would no longer submit to him. After all, he hadn't completely subjugated them yet, had he?

The best strategy was to unite the chaotic Class C by giving them a common enemy.

"I plan to recruit a traitor in Class C to film Ryūen committing an act of violence, then submit the video to the student council. Once the complaint is validated, Ryūen will be suspended."

Hashima looked at Befu Ryōta and said with a smile, "You mentioned that a girl in Class C hasn't yet yielded to Ryūen, right?"

"Wouldn't she be the ideal candidate?"
