35% of Common which is pretty much anything ordinary from standard fire arms across the Multiverse, normal vehicles, and clothes. Some Cyberware falls into this category.
25% for Uncommon which is fire arms that are unique from Games and Media but are exceptionally, Example would be Most Unique weapons from Fallout are just named weapons with cool skins but nothing really different then a crit boost. This is also where more common SCI-FI weapons appear such as laser weapons, Plasma weapons and even weapons that the guard would use in warhammer.
12% Epic which is unique but not truly special Sci-Fi weapons and truly unique traditional weapons example element enhanced weapons. This is also where no special rare weapons like Power Weapons from Warhammer or Light sabers appear. Stuff from this are starts to make you different then everyone else no mater you world.
5% Legendary. Items here are that spoken in legend or things that are so far beyond the pale that they are truly hard to explain. Titans from Titanfall, the Arc Reactor, the Dark Saber, and the Mythical Sandy from edge runners. This is wear main characters items things that can make you a legend can be found
2.9% Mythical. What makes a legend a Myth? The ability to sound to unreal. Armors that walk forward tword tank fire with out fear, Companions that shouldn't exist, weapons that create singularities, and the ability to create something unbelievable.
0.1% Divine. The only think left is godhood. To walk threw countless realities. To raise your enemies as your own soldiers. The ability to rise from the ashes. Things that could only be done by those of the Divine.
