The Mandator II-Class: A Legend of the Stars
In the waning years of the Galactic Republic, as the galaxy teetered on the brink of chaos, Kuat Drive Yards unveiled its masterpiece of engineering: the Mandator II-class Star Dreadnought. The immense warship, spanning 8,000 meters, was a testament to the Republic's determination to bring order to a fractured galaxy.
The vessel bristled with firepower, earning its reputation as one of the most heavily armed ships of its era. Along its armored hull, 150 heavy turbolaser batteries gleamed ominously, each one capable of tearing through enemy shields and hulls with deadly precision. They were supplemented by 250 standard turbolaser batteries, ensuring no corner of the battlefield was beyond its reach. For disabling enemy systems, 250 ion cannon batteries hummed with latent energy, ready to disrupt shields and fry critical components.
But its destructive arsenal didn't end there. Hidden within its massive frame, 24 tractor beam projectors could immobilize enemy ships, rendering them helpless against its assault. This was a vessel designed not just to win battles but to dominate entire fleets.
Engines of Colossus
To power such a monstrosity, the Mandator II-class relied on six massive primary engines, their bright thrusters leaving trails of burning plasma in the void of space. These engines were supported by an array of maneuvering thrusters, granting the dreadnought surprising agility for its size. However, speed was never its priority-this ship was a fortress in motion, a bastion of power moving methodically through the stars.
The Crew and Their Charge
A staggering 200,734 crew members were required to operate the Mandator II-class. They worked tirelessly in its labyrinthine corridors and expansive command decks, coordinating starfighter squadrons, maintaining the massive hypermatter annihilation reactor, and ensuring every weapon was primed for battle. The ship also carried up to 36 starfighter squadrons, acting as its shield against swarms of enemy fighters, while eight vehicle companies prepared for ground assaults when orbital bombardments weren't enough.
The Heart of the Fleet
Fitted with a Class 2.0 hyperdrive, the Mandator II-class could travel vast distances to reinforce Republic fleets in need. Its secondary Class 8.0 hyperdrive ensured it would never be stranded, even in the face of catastrophic failures.
The ship's mere presence on the battlefield was enough to inspire awe and fear. Commanding officers used it as a mobile fortress, a hub of coordination where Republic fleets could regroup and counter-attack against Separatist forces. Its power plant-a hypermatter annihilation reactor-supplied limitless energy, feeding its weapons, engines, and shields.
The Legacy
Few ships could rival the Mandator II-class. It was the Republic's symbol of strength, a defiant roar against chaos in a galaxy spiraling out of control. But its immense size and cost came at a price; only a few of these titanic vessels were ever constructed. Nevertheless, where they served, they left a legacy of dominance and fear-a reminder of the Republic's might before its fall.
As the Clone Wars raged on, the Mandator II-class became more than just a warship; it was a symbol of hope for the Republic and a nightmare for its enemies. Whether it was leading a fleet through Separatist blockades or enforcing orbital supremacy over contested worlds, the Mandator II-class stood as a giant among giants, unyielding in the face of galactic turmoil.

The Galactic Marines
Usually a ship born force, they are issued reinforced plastoid armor that is always vacuum sealed when on a ship. The kama is made from an armor mesh and their go to weapon is the ridiculously powerful DC-15A.
The Marines are deployed is the same manner as the Republic Army. They are sent into the toughest engagements because they are the toughest in the Republic Military. Or so they think.
Pilots
Their armor is designed to protect against g-forces. They are able to pull off maneuvers that would make any other pilot pass out. This is aided by artificial gravity generators in every cockpit of every fighter and gunship. Should that fail, their armor can take the brunt of any G forces.
