The sails of the Pandaghost swelled with the ocean breeze, cutting a graceful path across the waves. The sun glistened off the sea's surface like scattered jewels. Jessie stood at the helm, hands confidently gripping the wheel, eyes sharp as they charted a course toward the fabled East Blue — often mocked as the weakest of the four seas.
Behind him, Uta twirled on the deck, her voice light and curious. "Captain," she called out, "why are we going to East Blue of all places? Isn't that… you know… the weakest sea?"
Jessie chuckled, his eyes never leaving the horizon. "That may be true. But even in the calmest seas, hidden treasures lie beneath. Our second crew member is there — a swordsman of legendary spirit."
Uta blinked. "Ohh~ mysterious." She folded her arms behind her back and hummed. "As long as they're strong and cool, I'm fine with it!"
With that, she climbed onto the railing, balancing effortlessly as the wind lifted her hair and scarf. She closed her eyes and began to sing — a haunting melody, rich with emotion and power. Her voice carried across the waves, calming the wind, even making the clouds above slow their drift.
Hours passed peacefully, with the sun beginning its descent.
That peace, however, was not destined to last.

Far ahead, sails appeared. A rough-looking pirate ship with a jagged skull emblem and mismatched sails was bearing toward them fast. Cannons lined its side, and rowdy shouting could be heard over the waves.
Jessie narrowed his eyes. "Looks like we've got company."
The pirate crew aboard the approaching ship were already loading their cannons. Their captain, a brutish man with a horned helmet and missing teeth, pointed at the Pandaghost and shouted, "A ship with a panda face!? They're mocking us! Blast them outta the water!"
Cannons fired, the shells roaring toward the Pandaghost. But just before impact—
"♪ Melody Breaker! ♪" Uta's voice rang out, rich with power.
A barrier of vibrant musical notes shimmered around the Pandaghost. The cannonballs struck — and shattered harmlessly in mid-air. Uta jumped from the deck and landed gracefully on the enemy ship using a platform of musical notes.
The pirates were stunned.
"The hell!? She flew?!" one of them shouted.
Uta smiled sweetly, her eyes glowing with ethereal light. "You dared to disturb my concert on the sea. For that… you get an encore."
She lifted her hands.
"♪ Crescendo Chain! ♪"
Magical chains made of sound erupted from the air, wrapping around the pirates' arms and legs, slamming them into the deck. Some tried to fight back, charging with swords — but Uta leapt and spun, kicking one in the chest and sending him flying.
"♪ Harmonic Pulse! ♪"
A wave of musical energy burst from her palm, sending the pirate captain crashing into the mast. He groaned and slumped down, unconscious.
The remaining pirates dropped their weapons, trembling.
Back on the Pandaghost, Jessie gave a slow clap. "Nice show, diva."
Uta giggled as she flew back to the ship on a platform of swirling notes, landing beside Jessie. "Told you I'm more than just a singer."
---
After the battle, peace returned once more.
Jessie cast a fishing line over the side, enjoying the calm. Several fish flopped onto the deck, which he collected and placed into a crystal-clear aquarium inside the ship — a massive tank embedded into the wall of the lounge. Dozens of colorful sea creatures swam within, creating a tranquil underwater scene.
Suddenly, the ship's spirit chimed in:
"Captain, we are nearing East Blue. Estimated arrival: Frost Moon Village. No marine activity detected within a 5-nautical-mile radius."
Jessie nodded, unconcerned. "Doesn't matter if they're here or not. They'd just be another warm-up."
A rustling sound above caught their attention.
A giant seagull swooped down and landed on the mast. It wore a messenger bag — the familiar bird of the World Economic Journal, led by the infamous journalist Morgans.
Jessie flipped a coin toward the bird, who dropped a fresh newspaper and squawked before flying off.
Jessie leaned against the railing and opened the paper. Uta peeked over his shoulder.
The headlines were explosive:
Yonko Alliance Crushes Two Emperors!
Monkey D. Luffy, Eustass Kid, and Trafalgar Law defeat Big Mom and Kaido in Wano!
Straw Hat Luffy's Gear 5 Form Emerges – God-like Strength Confirmed!
Official New Yonko: Monkey D. Luffy, Buggy the Clown, Blackbeard, and Red-Haired Shanks
Jessie smirked. "Looks like Straw Hat's made it to the big leagues."
He tore out the photo of Luffy in his wild Gear 5 form and handed it to Uta.
Uta gasped. "Luffy!!" Her eyes sparkled. "He looks so funny like that! But also super strong!"
She spun and began to sing a joyful tune, her voice dancing in the wind.
"We'll see him again soon," Jessie murmured, folding the newspaper and tucking it away.
---
By sunset, a silhouette emerged on the horizon.
Frost Moon Village. A humble island tucked away in the East Blue — known to only a few, but infamous among swordsmen. Jessie stared at it in silence.
He didn't sail the Pandaghost straight to the docks. Instead, he dropped anchor a short distance away, choosing to observe the island from afar.
Uta looked at him, confused. "Why aren't we landing?"
Jessie's eyes never left the shore. "Because our second crew member is here," he said with a quiet smile.
Uta raised an eyebrow. "Oookay, you're being all mysterious again."
As night blanketed the sea, Jessie silently disembarked, cloaked in shadow. He moved swiftly across the terrain, avoiding lights and patrols.
His goal wasn't the village itself.
It was the graveyard.
---
A soft wind rustled through the trees. Frost Moon Village's cemetery lay quietly under the silver moonlight. Jessie's boots crunched over fallen leaves as he made his way to a familiar gravestone — old, worn, and barely legible.
"Kuina. Future Greatest Swordswoman."
He stood silently for a moment. Then suddenly—
