Laid on the ground, head resting against a wall was a boy sleeping alone.
In the sky we're birds chirping, and stretched far into the horizon were crops tainted with a purple hue.
Four birds gathered around the boy with one jumping onto his shoulder and pecked his face awakening him.
"What the hell?! Why did you do tha-"
Cutting himself off, he glanced around the area spotting crops and trees stretching as far as the eye could see.
Standing up he turned and said he had been laying in front of a barn, but the weird thing he had noticed was that everything purple including the sun.
"That's a bit different of a reaction from the last attempts, but its nothing new."
Noticing the voice, the boy quickly turned around looking for it but only saw the 3 birds on the ground staring at him.
"Answer my questions then we can move on from this point."
Realizing the voice was coming from the bird on shoulder he quickly jolted from being surprised.
"What the f*** are you, and what are you talking about?"
The bird sighed and stared at him with a tired look.
"I am your guide, just think of me as a instruction manual that'll help you around this world, now answer these questions I'm going to ask you."
The boy had responded with a nod in agreement
"First, do you remember who you are?"
He shook his head.
"Do you know where you are?"
He shook his head.
After 15 minutes of questions, the bird sighed once again and continued speaking.
"Your name is Elias, you'll learn your surname later... You are at a Haven being protected by a barrier that separates this area from the outside world like a pocket dimension."
Elias was confused from the information but let the bird continue.
"You've been given a set goal that I can't tell you right now, but can tell you where you'll need to go first when you are ready."
The bird stretches out it left wing pointing to a path that leads down the field, with a bag on a post in front of it.
"I want you to grab that bag and walk down that path until you see the end of the field."
Staring at the bag, Elias slowly took a step and he quickly walked towards the bag and took it off the post checking what was inside then wrapped the strap on his shoulder.
Elias then looked down the path and started to walk beginning his future.
