Chapter 52 - THE BIRTH OF HYPERION THE ULTIMATE GLITCH

The four glitch defenders of the system bug fell before Christy, Shimmon, Haytham, and Saland. In the blink of an eye, the system bug began its insidious work, drawing in every last iota of energy from the defeated glitches scattered across the battlefield. A palpable tension hung in the air as the admins, a respectful distance away, watched the system bug blaze with an unbearable white light.

Then, from the heart of that blinding radiance, a voice boomed, resonating with power, "You insignificant insects dare to obstruct my ascension! Perish!"

As swiftly as it had erupted, the light vanished, leaving behind an unsettling void where the system bug had been. But the void was not empty for long. In its place stood a being of stark white – white hair, meticulously styled; skin as pale as fresh snow; clad in a pristine white jacket and trousers. His build was formidable, and his eyes held an unnerving quality, their pupils a solid, unyielding white.

"I am Hyperion," the being declared, his voice carrying an unnerving calm, "the ultimate glitch."

Without a moment's hesitation, Hyperion unleashed a colossal beam of pure white energy towards our heroes. The supreme admin, his face etched with concern, was a fraction of a second too late to interpose himself. But fate, it seemed, had other plans.

In a flash of impossible speed, two figures materialized before Saland, Haytham, Shimmon, and Christy. They radiated power, their very presence a tangible force – one wreathed in a vibrant yellow aura, the other in a fierce red. The yellow being stood to the right, the black being to the left. Simultaneously, they extended their left and right arms, respectively, meeting the devastating energy beam head-on. The impact shimmered, the raw power of Hyperion's attack inexplicably diverted and dispersed.

A voice, warm and familiar, emanated from the yellow figure, "I'm glad to see you've all grown stronger."

The black being then turned its head, its gaze piercing. Its eyes were a shocking contrast – black sclera surrounding pupils of burning red. A wide, unsettling smile stretched across its face. "It's been far too long, you little devils."

Our heroes stared, their eyes widening in disbelief. The black being's entire form was a canvas of darkness, sharp lines of crimson energy tracing patterns across its arms and legs. Its fists were clenched tight, and its expression was that of a battle-crazed maniac. He was powerfully built, with short, dark hair.

The yellow being, in stark contrast, possessed a body of swirling black and yellow. Its eyes mirrored the other's – black sclera, but with pupils of brilliant yellow. Its hair was a shock of bright yellow, and it held a peculiar sword, its blade shaped like a truncated trapezoid.

Recognition dawned upon our heroes. It couldn't be… but it was.

"Benamoth? Bruhsuperdoom?" Saland blurted out, his voice laced with disbelief. "You two should be dead! How is this possible?!"

Benamoth's voice, though tinged with a newfound depth, held a hint of its old sardonic edge. "When Null ensnared our souls, turning us into 'ERROR'... well, let's just say we found a loophole. We weren't exactly 'absorbed' by the system glitch in the traditional sense. Then, after you lot took us down, we somehow ended up here. The system bug... well, it sort of remade us. We had a little chat, and in the end, we decided to get stronger. Together."

Bruhsuperdoom's voice was a low growl, brimming with a dangerous energy. "Now, we're high-level glitches. We're not those weaklings you fought before!"

Benamoth sighed, a hint of weariness in his tone. "The real problem now is that glitch. He's gone beyond what you could even call a glitch anymore. He's ascended to a demon-level glitch."

Hyperion's eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on the two newcomers. "You two traitors will pay dearly for this defiance!"

Without another word, Benamoth and Bruhsuperdoom moved as one. "Singularity Destruction!" Bruhsuperdoom roared. "Singularity Projection!" Benamoth countered, his voice resonating with power.

A wave of immense aura erupted from both glitches, and their forms began to shift and transform. Red energy surged around Bruhsuperdoom, coalescing into sharp lines that snaked from his shoulders down his arms, weaving together to form brutal-looking red energy knuckle dusters. Behind him, two magnificent wings of pure red energy unfurled.

Meanwhile, yellow energy coursed through Benamoth's body, forming intricate lines across his skin. His unique sword pulsed with power, its size subtly increasing. And like his counterpart, two brilliant yellow energy wings sprouted from his back. Both figures now radiated an overwhelming power, their auras clashing against the oppressive energy of Hyperion.

In a blur of motion, Bruhsuperdoom teleported behind Hyperion, aiming a devastating punch. But Hyperion, with an almost casual flick of his right arm, effortlessly blocked the blow. Simultaneously, Benamoth unleashed a swift slash of yellow energy, but Hyperion parried it just as easily with his left hand.

Then, with a speed that defied the eye, Hyperion shot forward, appearing directly in front of Benamoth and delivering a lightning-fast punch. Benamoth barely managed to raise his sword in defense, the force of the blow still sending him hurtling backward.

Bruhsuperdoom followed up with a relentless barrage of red energy-infused punches, but Hyperion met each blow with unnerving calm and effortless defense. Benamoth, recovering quickly, lunged forward with another rapid energy slash, but the demon-level glitch simply bent backward at an impossible ninety-degree angle, dodging the attack and retaliating with a thunderous kick aimed at Benamoth, who narrowly teleported above him.

Before Hyperion could react, Bruhsuperdoom slammed down with a powerful, red energy-charged fist, but again, Hyperion simply parried the attack and sent Bruhsuperdoom flying.

The two former glitches regrouped, their eyes locked on Hyperion. With synchronized movements, they launched a simultaneous attack, moving at incredible speed from Hyperion's right and left. But the ultimate glitch met their assault with disdainful ease, blocking both attacks with his bare hands.

"Don't you understand?" Hyperion's voice dripped with arrogance. "You may have become 'high-level' glitches, but you are still leagues below me!"

"Shut up!" Bruhsuperdoom and Benamoth roared in unison, unleashing a combined blast of potent energy. But Hyperion was too fast. He blurred, dodging the beam and delivering two devastating punches to the stomachs of Bruhsuperdoom and Benamoth, sending them staggering backward, gasping for air.

Bruhsuperdoom wheezed, "He's strong... just as you'd expect from a demon-level glitch."

Benamoth nodded grimly. "Yeah, he's on a whole other level than us. If we hadn't become high-level glitches, we would have been obliterated."

As the two glitches caught their breath, two hands gently rested on their shoulders. They turned to see Andrew, the supreme admin, his expression a mixture of gratitude and determination. "Thanks to your intervention, many of my allies still live. You may be glitches, but I will offer you a reward."

As Andrew removed his hands, a wave of warmth spread through Benamoth and Bruhsuperdoom, originating from their very cores. Their bodies subtly shifted, becoming more human-like, and a surge of power coursed through them. Bruhsuperdoom's dark skin lightened, though it still retained a shadowy hue, and his features softened, though his sharp teeth and red eyes remained. He now wore elegant black trousers and a matching suit jacket, accented by a stark red tie, his dark hair neatly styled.

Benamoth, too, underwent a transformation. His hair became a vibrant blond, and he was now clad in a sharp yellow suit and trousers. His skin retained a subtle golden undertone, and his eyes glowed with an inner yellow light. The familiar sword at his side had grown slightly larger, radiating power.

Both were stunned by the unexpected change. Andrew's voice, firm and resolute, broke the silence. "From this day forward, you will be glitch admins."

Then, the supreme admin turned his gaze towards the looming figure of Hyperion, a grim determination hardening his features. "Now," he said, his voice low and steady, "it's just you and me."
