A dense and rapid mechanical voice echoed in Ryuji's mind. Before he could figure out what was happening, Ryuji found himself tumbling into the snow.
Thankfully, Ryuji landed in the soft snow. Otherwise, that fall would have been quite a shock!
Ryuji rolled over and stood up from the snow. Dressed in thin clothes, he shivered violently and sneezed.
"What's going on? Is this heaven? What was that voice in my head just now?" Ryuji looked around in confusion, muttering to himself.
—"Demon Slayer World? Could it be the world where humans and demons coexist, where demons eat people? Isn't that an anime?"
Ryuji suddenly felt a pang of fear. He had somehow transmigrated into the world of an anime.
As an anime fan, Ryuji knew about the Demon King, Muzan Kibutsuji, in this world. This guy had the ability to turn humans into demons. Anyone who came into contact with his blood would instantly become a man-eating demon, completely falling into the demon path and becoming his pawn.
What a twist of fate. He had been given a new life.
Just as Ryuji was pondering what was going on, a flash of light suddenly appeared above his head. A black and purple Demon Slayer sword sliced through the air, emitting a piercing sound as it fell down.
Feeling the chill on his head, Ryuji quickly looked up. He instinctively took a few steps back. Since he was standing in thick snow, his footing became unstable as he retreated, causing him to fall on his backside.
The next moment, the Demon Slayer sword plunged into the snow in front of Ryuji's crotch. Ryuji was so scared that he broke out in a cold sweat.
Oh my god! Almost became a eunuch! Ryuji thought to himself.

Finally realizing what was happening, Ryuji quickly stood up and grabbed the Demon Slayer sword.
By now, Ryuji had noticed a small map appearing in his vision. Below the map was a countdown timer. The time was ticking away, second by second, and soon only three minutes remained.
Knowing he didn't have much time, Ryuji cursed under his breath and stopped thinking further. He would deal with this time-limited mission first.
Immediately, following the map's directions from the Super Dimensional Transmigration System, Ryuji ran towards the mission location.
Not long after he started running, Ryuji's breathing became labored, and he was panting heavily.
Just as Ryuji was feeling uncomfortable, dark purple, tattoo-like patterns began to appear on his body. The most obvious change was on Ryuji's right hand, which was holding the Demon Slayer sword.
