Chapter 79 - Chapter 79 – Shadows Across the Void

Divine Realm – The World Gate

The black citadel at the heart of the Pantheon pulsed with energy. Its towering spires reached beyond the skies, anchored in the very bones of the shattered God Realm. At its peak, a massive ring of swirling shadows and light spun—The World Gate—a portal Ren had forged from divine laws and shadow essence. It groaned under the pressure of possibility.

Before it stood Ren, clad in a cloak woven from shadows and starlight, eyes narrowed in quiet contemplation.

He had conquered gods.He had united empresses. He had taken the Divine Throne.

Now, he sought more.

"There are other realms. Other laws. Other powers ripe for the taking," he said softly, more to himself than to those behind him.

His generals stood silently at his back.

Bibi Dong, her divine aura steady, ready for war.

Hu Liena, draped in charm and fire, smirking at the prospect of new prey.

Zi Ji, arms folded, dragon wings twitching with eagerness.

Bi Ji, calm as always, her emerald eyes glowing.

And Zhu Zhuqing, silent, blades already drawn.

The portal sparked, shifting through worlds.

Flashes of Possibility:

A land ruled by swords, where cultivation reigned and sects hoarded beauty and power.

A realm of ice and blood, where empresses fought eternally for sovereignty.

A modern world, eerily familiar, where awakened humans fought dungeons—his old world, reborn in chaos.

And far off, a world of spirits and masks, where soul reapers and hollows danced in endless conflict.

Every world showed its champions… and its women.

"So many chained by fate," Ren murmured. "Let's break their chains."

Douluo Continent – Last Reverberations

As the world stabilized under the Pantheon, cities began to flourish. Every girl Ren had taken—nobles, warriors, even former enemies—had grown stronger under his hand. Their divine sparks blossomed. The mortal realm became a haven, not of fear, but of awe.

Where once commoners bowed to nobles, now they bowed to Ren's chosen empresses, empowered by love, shadow, and divine force.

The Slaughter City had become a city of training and rebirth.Sea God Island, once sacred, now turned into the Shadow Sea Bastion. And Spirit Hall reigned once more—as the Holy Court of the Pantheon.

Tang San, hiding in the fringes of the empire, clung to hope… but it slipped further from his grasp every day.

"He… he's going to leave," Tang San muttered, eyes wild. "And the moment he does, we strike."

Tang Hao, now broken beyond repair, only whispered, "You won't stop him. You never could."

Back at the World Gate

Ren turned to his Empresses. "Each of you will choose your champions," he said. "Train them. Empower them. When I conquer the next world… I want the Shadow Pantheon to rule in my absence."

There were nods. Loyal. Devoted.

"Where will you go first?" Hu Liena asked, brushing a stray strand of hair behind her ear.

He smiled, lifting his hand to the spinning portal.

"A world of swords and ice. I sense a woman there—cold, proud, powerful… But chained to duty."

His grin widened.

"She'll be mine."

And with that, he stepped into the portal.

The World Gate pulsed.

And the conquest began anew.
