Chapter 76 - Chapter 76 – Army of Shadows, Clash of Stars

Obsidian Throne – Spirit Empire Capital

Dark clouds loomed above, not born from weather—but from the clash of divinity and shadow.

Ren stood atop the central spire of the Obsidian Throne, the once-golden towers of Spirit Hall now veined with black crystal, the pulse of his Shadow Monarch energy echoing through the entire empire. From the furthest villages to the capital walls, every subject—every life under his rule—could feel it.

A low hum resonated through the air.

The Divine Army was descending.

Shadow Summoning Grounds – Eastern Barracks

Thousands of shadows lined up, each one drawn from the Pocket Hunting Dimension. Beasts, warriors, soul beasts, slain gods—all now bound by Ren's will. Among them stood newly risen elites:

Ten-thousand-year beasts evolved into humanoid generals.

Shadow clones of legendary soul masters, drawn from history's fallen.

And Shadow God fragments, pieces of divine energy harvested from the Sea God and twisted into weapons.

Each was clad in black armor lined with ethereal violet, waiting silently.

"They're not afraid," said Hu Liena beside him, running her fingers through her silvered hair, battle robes wrapped tight. "Even with gods coming."

"They know who they follow," Ren answered simply, eyes flickering with the abyss.

Above the Mortal World – The Heavens Tear

A breach opened like a star bleeding light. Trumpets roared across the sky as the Shura God descended, sword drawn, followed by:

The God of Destruction, wreathed in crimson storms.

The Goddess of Life, surrounded by glowing spirits.

Four lesser gods, wielding control over time, space, judgment, and purity.

And with them—a divine host numbering in the thousands.

Their descent shook the skies, and the very laws of physics bent in their presence. Spirit beasts fled. Mortal cultivators fell to their knees in awe and terror.

Battlefield – Border of Spirit Empire and Douluo Forest

Ren stood alone at the front line, surrounded by mist. He raised his hand.

"Open the Gate."

Behind him, the Gate of Shadows cracked wide. A sea of his shadow army surged out, filling the forest with black fire and violet light.

And so, the clash began.

The First Clash – God vs Monarch

The Shura God dove first, divine sword glowing with white-hot light.

Ren met him with his own blade—a fusion of Uchiha chakra steel and shadow essence, wreathed in black flame. Their swords met with a thunderous impact, shockwaves leveling the trees and shattering mountains nearby.

"You've lost your way, mortal," the Shura God snarled.

"No," Ren replied, smiling darkly, "I simply made my own."

From the skies above, the Goddess of Life descended toward Hu Liena and Bibi Dong, her power trying to purify their darkness.

She failed.

Liena danced through her attacks, her scythe gleaming, while Bibi Dong summoned demonic soul beasts fused with divine energy, striking back in unison.

Meanwhile, the God of Destruction unleashed a burning tempest toward the shadow armies—only to find his flames swallowed by Ren's Void Generals, who feasted on energy itself.

A Turning Point – Divine Shock

For the first time in millennia, the gods faltered. Their powers, unmatched by mortals for eons, were countered, twisted, consumed.

And above them all, Ren's voice echoed:

"You ruled without question. Without mercy. Now… kneel."

He released the True Form of the Monarch—his silhouette enveloped in the wings of shadow, multiple glowing eyes open across his back, and the Sharingan spinning with black flame in his eyes.

The ground cracked. The heavens trembled.

Final Scene – The Beginning of the End

The battle raged on, the first day of what would be called the Divine Eclipse War. Cities burned, heavens screamed, and the world stood on the brink of something new.

And amidst it all, Ren stood unshaken—his Empresses at his side, his shadow army unrelenting.

He was no longer just a mortal. No longer just Uchiha.

He was the Shadow Sovereign, challenger of gods, and the creator of a new world order.
