The silence in Yuuki's apartment was deafening.
Arisa stood in the doorway, rain dripping from her hoodie onto the floor. Her eyes—those sharp violet eyes that always looked like they were acting—weren't acting anymore.
She looked scared.
Honest.
Real.
"I shouldn't be here," she said, hugging herself. "But I didn't want to lie anymore."
Yuuki's mouth opened, but no words came out. His brain was doing cartwheels.
"You said you wanted more," she continued, her voice trembling. "And… maybe I do too. But if you're still stuck on your senpai, then—"
Ping.
His phone lit up again.
Minami-senpai: "Tomorrow at 5. Coffee?"
Arisa looked down at the screen. She didn't say anything.
She didn't have to.
Yuuki panicked.
"It's not— I didn't know she'd— I mean, it's just coffee—"
She laughed. Not mean. Just tired.
"I'm not mad, Yuuki-kun," she whispered. "I'm just... not built to compete."
And then she did something unexpected.
She kissed him.
Quick. Soft. Not dramatic.Just real.
"I'm off-duty now," she said with a sad smile. "That one was on the house."
Then she walked out into the rain.
And Yuuki was left there, soaked in confusion, with two girls now in his life… but no idea who his heart belonged to anymore.
