On the 4th Korpholiahata 3002, a conference of Homosapien-Council was held within the "A" Building on the center of galaxy. There were some decisions within this council,

Just after the fear, in 10th Markantara 3005, nation of Nufa asked the motivation of Nation of Mila on this matter, but Nation of Mila's President didn't answer at all. Responding to this problem, the Mila's President decided to launch attack on 17th Makarnatara 3006 on the planet of Naphi. This attack turned gruesome, killing around 1 billion people on the process.
After this attack, the nation of Mila striked back with the help of the Axis League, and Nation of Nufa responded with the help of the Central League. The war was named : The Devastatio.
This war happened for 100 years, turning the Utopian-Goal world into Dystopia. Around 800 billion people was alive, but only 500 billion people survived within the regions, making the humans lack technology and powers, and created devastation. Moreover, the Nation of Mila created many monsters that infected all planets within the galaxy, and this created a huge problem to the sapient species, and this caused a huge problem within many places.
In the planet of Oart 35x, there was a father of 3 children, his name was Harumo, with his 2 boys and 1 girl, he was alone because his wife was attacked and gone after the war. In the midst of darkness, chaos, and very dirty roads, for many survivors lack houses after the war except the rich ones, the daughter of Harumo asked his father.
"Father, when will all of this end?" Aiko asked.
"Trust me, all will be fine." Harumo assured Aiko.
"I don't think this will ever end." Said the oldest son of Harumo.
Meanwhile the second only cried in the darkness of the world's reality.
