Until a window system starts to appear among all people. In the aftermath, some people started noticing strange changes. Abilities began to manifest in individuals, appearing in the form of elemental powers, mind control, or even the ability to manipulate reality itself. People started to explore and use this power wisely but greediness got them to fight over power hunger creating chaos among humanity. The world started to crumble by vast destruction more than advancement. No people among them use this power rightly but greed and power led to a global war that destroyed much of the earth.
It was in this chaos that a new figure emerged: The First One named as Ethan Cross. This mysterious individual was unlike any other. He destroyed the system powers from other 85% superhumans using his system.
He created The First Order, an authoritarian government that set out to control all superhumans and their abilities. No one knew where the members came from, but their ability to unify the fractured world through force made them a legend.
For a while, there was peace, though it was a peace born of tyranny. The First One's reign was absolute and formed a ever bigger group named The Dominion Corps. Over time, the once-noble idea of peace through control devolved into tyranny and their obsession with dominance and power grew unchecked. The Dominion Corps became more cruel, taking whatever they wanted, from the resources of the land to the lives of the powerless. For many years, human population lived under the shadow of he Dominion Corps. But they became cruel along with time and started to dominate and started to do whatever they want. So, some rebels formed their own group The OATH, action under the government and started to fight against them.
Unlike the Dominion Corps, The OATH were not driven by greed or a lust for power. Their mission was to liberate humanity from the First One's rule and restore balance to the world. After years of struggle, The OATH finally succeeded in overthrowing the Dominion Corps. The world began to breathe again, free from the chains of tyranny. But the remnants of the Dominion Corps went underground, hiding in the shadows, biding their time. Even though they crashed the dominion corps, they failed to match with any member of the first order. Their power are still unknown and many times more powerful but are vanished into the thin air.
Once the legend became the world's most feared and hated entity. Now, the world is split. The OATH, the heroes of the new order, versus the Dominion Corps, the rebel villains fighting for freedom.
To maintain control and prevent another descent into tyranny, The OATH established the Compulsory System Registration (CSR). Every citizen at the age of 18 must undergo a test to determine if they possess the System, granting them powers and integrating them into The OATH's ranks. Those who pass are trained to serve the greater good, ensuring peace and order.
