Anna opened her eyes and didn't notice Elsa hugging Elijah.
"What are you doing?"
Anna's voice suddenly rang out, and Elsa got a little nervous. She quickly pulled away from the embrace, and her face flushed red, clearly embarrassed.
"It's nothing, Anna. How are you feeling?"
El asked with a smile, trying to change the subject.
"I... I still feel a little dizzy."
Anna said, holding her forehead.
El frowned.
'That shouldn't be happening. I had clearly taken care of everything last night—he had checked her over too. There were no injuries. Could it be that falling into his snow pile gave her a cold?'
Hearing what Anna said, Elsa's face suddenly turned much paler. She rushed forward to check on Anna's condition.
She felt deeply guilty. Anna wouldn't be in this state if it wasn't for her not controlling her magic.
Even though he had already talked to her about it, Elsa's thoughts couldn't change that quickly, and it would take time for her to adjust.
"How do you feel, Anna? Where does it hurt?"
Elsa asked nervously, holding Anna's small hand, checking her over, and looking at her.
"It's fine. I just felt a little dizzy earlier, but I'm much better now."
Anna said, taking a moment to check how she felt before giving Elsa a gentle smile.
"It's probably just from sleeping for too long, and your head's nerves are just taking a little time to catch up."
El said, walking over to check on Anna. Seeing that there was nothing seriously wrong—no fever or cold, she seemed good overall.
After hearing them, Elsa relaxed quite a bit. She didn't want to harm anyone because of her own actions.
"A long time?!"
Anna suddenly exclaimed, her adorable little head tilting to the side in confusion.
"Wait, what time is it now? What happened last night? How did I fall asleep?"
"Huh?!"
Elsa looked at him with a puzzled expression.
It was probably because she had been playing too much before that she hadn't noticed Elsa's magic had gone out of control.
Then, she fainted afterward, and she didn't remember anything.
After realizing this, El gave Elsa a reassuring look, signaling that everything was under control.
He then came up with an explanation to tell Anna.
He figured the fewer people who knew about what happened last night, the better. It was just an accident, but he promised that nothing like that would happen again.
"Is that so? I fell into the snow and passed out, and then when you guys were taking me back to my room, Father and the others caught us. Haha, that was a close! I'm lucky I passed out!"
After hearing El's explanation, Anna couldn't help but feel relieved, and she even looked quite pleased with herself.
El had just come up with a story about Anna accidentally falling into the snow and passing out.
Then, he and Elsa tried to get her back to her room when King Agnarr and Queen Iduna caught them. They were scolded for it, and Anna felt sympathy and a sense of luck.
"Alright, stop messing around, get up! Mom saved you some breakfast, go on. I'll head back to my room first."
Seeing that everything seemed to be good, El said.
'However, Joi still hadn't given the quest completion prompt. What was going on?'
He quickly came up with an excuse to slip away.
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
They both replied in unison.
Elijah left, and Elsa did her best to take care of her little sister. Even though Anna had no memory of what happened, Elsa was different. She wanted to do something to make it up to Anna.
After confirming that Anna was okay, Elsa got off the bed.
"I'll go have them reheat the breakfast. You go ahead and change clothes."
Elsa said quickly before heading out. She had to think of a way to make it up to Anna.
Watching Elsa leave, Anna couldn't help but pout and mutter quietly in dissatisfaction, "She actually hugged our brother, hmph."
...
'Joi, do you think the rewards will double if I complete both conditions of the special quest?'
While walking down the hallway, El checked the task panel and suddenly had an idea.
There was no system prompt for completing this task, and El had to check the quest panel himself.
[Special Quest: Memory. ]
[Description: The goal is to stop Anna's memory of magic from being erased or prevent Elsa from falling into deep guilt. ]
[Prevent Anna's memory of magic from being erased (Incomplete)]
[Stop Elsa from falling into deep guilt (Completed)]
[Reward 500 Magic Coins, 1 Gacha.]
[Failure: None]
This made him come up with an idea.
'If I completed both quests, would the reward double?'
[I'm not sure. In theory, it's possible, but I can't be certain since it hasn't been tried]
Joi replied after a brief silence of three seconds.
'In theory, huh?'
He squinted his eyes, feeling like this method might actually work.
While thinking about it, El suddenly saw Karon rushing ahead for some reason.
He called out to him, "Karon, what's the rush? Is something wrong with Father?"
"Oh, it's Prince El! There's nothing wrong with His Majesty. It's just that the Troll King has arrived, and I'm going to see him. The last time I saw him was three years ago when I helped His Majesty with a task and happened to visit the Valley of the Living Rock."
Karon replied when hearing El's call.
To be honest, if it hadn't been for saving El back then, he and Sosi might not be living as well as they are now.
They might still be just a couple of foolish youngsters.
The Valley of the Living Rock also wouldn't have become more prosperous because of their status and position.
The last time he returned to Valley of the Living Rock, Karon noticed that so much had changed. The environment had become much more beautiful.
"Oh?! The Troll King?!"
El looked at him in surprise.
Suddenly, the system's prompt sounded.
[Ding! You have sensed Karon's gratitude toward you. The character panel, Relationship Panel, has been unlocked.]
