Synopsis
Transmigrated into a notorious Kryptonian war criminal, even General Zod—desperate as he was to restore the might of Krypton—refused to break the ice that held him. Decades later, when he finally escaped the Phantom Zone’s grasp, he awoke to find Doomsday—engineered for destruction—already lying dormant beside him on a ravaged world. Above, Lex Luthor stood defiantly, locked in tense conversation with Superman, the air crackling with tension and ideology. In the back of his mind, a ticking countdown echoed—whispers of the Genesis Matrix preparing for his rebirth. Heisenberg clenched his fist, feeling the star-forged power surge through him. “Don’t try to stop me. I need to reach another sun… and bask in its light for 10,000 years!”

Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1

Aboard a derelict Kryptonian scout ship orbiting a dormant Earth, more than 18,000 years after civilization fell silent, two figures stood opposite each other: Superman, the Last Son of Krypton, and Lex Luthor, humanity's most brilliant and broken mind.

Behind them, the silent waters shimmered ominously. Beneath the surface, massive embryos twitched—ancient horrors bred in biopods. Something was stirring.

Superman's gaze shifted. "What is that?"

Luthor gave a cold smile. He knew fear would not come easily to Superman. The Man of Steel had stood against gods and monsters. But Luthor wasn't counting on fear—he was counting on the truth.

"You don't get it, do you?" Luthor snapped, his voice trembling not from weakness, but from bitter excitement. He tore the bandages from his hand, revealing a deep wound glowing faintly with Kryptonian bio-tech. "That… is a relic of Krypton's darkest science. A genetic monster forged in the Black Zone—my blood fuels it, but it was born from your people's sins."

Luthor's voice rose to a near roar: "Behold your day of destruction!"

CRACK!!!

One of the embryonic pods, nearly four meters in diameter, shattered. A pair of massive black hands burst out, tearing through synthetic membranes. The creature emerged, towering five meters tall—its body armored, its face distorted by rage and ancient pain.

Doomsday.

And yet... Superman didn't flinch. He stepped forward, studying it like a curious biologist. Not out of arrogance, but confusion.

"Wait… there's another one," Superman said softly, his head tilted, listening.

Luthor froze. "Another?"

Superman's eyes narrowed. "Underneath. Smaller. You wrapped it in lead to block my vision. Clever. But lead doesn't muffle sound."

He tapped his ear. "I can hear it. A fourth heartbeat."

A beat passed.

Beneath the water, in a hidden cocoon encased in bio-ice, a figure stirred—his body frozen, preserved. His eyes opened slowly, and he sighed, fogging the ice with breath.

His name was Heisenberg, the last son of the Ninth Sea House. A warrior from ancient Krypton, altered by Kryptonian science and sealed away before Kal-El's pod ever left Krypton.

A time traveler. A ghost of two worlds.

---

Two Years Earlier…

Inside the Kryptonian scout ship, General Zod stood in black ceremonial armor, facing the AI projection of Jor-El.

"You've overridden my command protocols," Jor-El said with resignation.

Zod sneered. "I warned you. I will save our race, no matter the cost."

"You mean to dominate, not save," Jor-El replied. "But I believe in my son. Kal will stop you."

"A farmer?" Zod laughed bitterly. "Raised by primitives? He lacks discipline, combat instincts… he's no soldier."

With a sharp motion, Zod inserted the Command Key. Jor-El's projection flickered and vanished.

Alone, Zod accessed the ship's data core, searching desperately for the Codex—the genetic blueprint of Krypton's future. But it wasn't there. Kal-El had hidden it elsewhere.

Yet, as Zod scoured ancient files, the ship's AI interrupted him.

> "Warning. Do not access sealed criminal files."

Zod raised an eyebrow. "Criminal?"

> "Access denied. Sealed by Jor-El under emergency protocol."

Curious now, Zod bypassed the lock manually.

> "Subject: Heisenberg. Former member of the 64th Kryptonian Council. Last executor of Operation Glory. Convicted of war crimes and the execution of 712 Council guards. Sentence: Eternal stasis."

Zod stared at the frozen data display, recognition dawning.

"The Butcher of Rao's Dusk..." he muttered.

He had heard whispers—rumors of a traitor who turned against Krypton's ruling elite to stop a genocidal plan. Some saw him as a hero. Most saw a monster.

In the distant past, Krypton was once an empire of expansion.

The Kryptonian civilization, brimming with pride and power, pursued conquest across the stars. They called this campaign Operation Glory, a mission to assert Kryptonian dominance through science, military might, and genetic supremacy.

But that era ended… eighteen thousand years ago.

Back then, a Kryptonian elder named Heisenberg, a high-ranking member of the Science Council, led a controversial movement within the Kryptonian Science Guild. Driven by curiosity and ambition, Heisenberg sought to break the genetic code that had defined Krypton's rigid society for over 100,000 years.

And he succeeded—but at a terrible cost.

To accelerate planetary evolution and colonization, Heisenberg engineered a creature using Kryptonian genetic material, combined with mutated DNA sourced from various hostile species found in the Phantom Zone and beyond. The result was a biological weapon unlike any other.

A monster.

Uncontrollable. Merciless. Unstoppable.

That creature ravaged Krypton, slaughtering its creators and anyone in its path. At least a third of the population perished before the monster was contained—if barely.

The surviving Kryptonians named the creature... Doomsday.

Fearing future catastrophe, the Science Council outlawed all genetic manipulation and sealed the Doomsday protocols in Krypton's Vault of Shadows. The natural birthing process was banned. From then on, all children were genetically engineered in birthing matrices, their roles in society predetermined from conception.

Heisenberg was denounced as a heretic and stripped of his titles. Yet as both a scientific genius and a former high commander of Krypton's military forces, he was not easily subdued. It took over 700 elite Kryptonian warriors to capture him.

His punishment?

Exile.

He was imprisoned in a Phantom Drive capsule—randomized and directionless—launched into the furthest reaches of space. Operation Glory was terminated. Krypton never again meddled with its own evolution. The fear of mutation had forever scarred their culture.

Even General Zod, the fiercest advocate for Krypton's survival, refused to unseal Heisenberg's prison, fearing the chaos he once unleashed.

"Keep him contained," Zod ordered with finality.

"Yes, General."

---

One day ago…

Alexander Luthor, CEO of LexCorp and manipulator extraordinaire, stood before the derelict Kryptonian scout ship—the same one that crash-landed in Metropolis during Superman's arrival years ago.

He held a black case containing five tissue samples, each precisely sliced from the body of General Zod using kryptonite tools.

With the samples grafted onto his own fingers, Luthor gained access to the ship's biometric locks. Deep within, he entered the Genesis Chamber, the ancient Kryptonian creation engine.

He placed Zod's body into the suspended birthing pod. Then, with a knife, he drew blood from his palm and let it drip onto the lifeless corpse.

"Begin the process," he commanded.

The ship complied. Using both Kryptonian and human DNA, the Genesis Chamber initiated the fusion sequence. Outside, energy surges disrupted half of America's power grid, channeling electricity into the rebirth of a monster.

But Lex was unaware.

The surge also awakened something long buried deep within the ship's matrix…

Heisenberg.

A voice echoed in Heisenberg's mind as he stirred from millennia of stasis:

> "Multiverse system binding initiated…

Host identified: Heisenberg.

Original soul: Human from Earth-Prime.

Host body: Elder Heisenberg of Krypton (Earth-0).

Identity merging…"

Heisenberg opened his eyes—finally awake.

And with awakening came memories, two lives collapsing into one. A man who once lost everything on Earth… now reborn as a Kryptonian.

---

"I lost $230,000 on a gacha pull and died of a heart attack?"

"I really transmigrated into DC?!"

"I'm… the last living Science Elder of Krypton?!"

"I've been frozen for over 18,000 years?!"

"And now… I'm back?!"

Heisenberg broke into laughter—uncontrollable and euphoric.

Because now, he was Kryptonian.

And being Kryptonian meant power.

Strength beyond imagination. Flight. Laser vision. Near invulnerability. Speed beyond comprehension. He was no longer a powerless worker shackled by societal norms. He was the apex predator of a universe built on fists and force.

"No more bosses. No more begging."

"No more licking boots to survive."

"From now on… I AM the boot."

But his joy quickly vanished.

As the ice melted and the Phantom Drive dissolved, his prison unraveled, and light returned to his eyes—only for Heisenberg to recognize the monstrous form looming above.

Doomsday.

The very creature he once helped create. Now reborn… stronger… more hateful than ever.

The Genesis Chamber hadn't just resurrected Zod into a monster. It had pulled Heisenberg into the chamber's energy pool, mistaking him for part of the biological fuel.

Now, Doomsday sensed him.

And Doomsday remembered.

Even in its mutated state, Doomsday hated Heisenberg's essence—the one who once sealed him away. Enraged, the monster reached down and ripped away the last of Heisenberg's containment field, dragging him into the open.

"Another Kryptonian?!" Lex Luthor gasped. "What the hell is happening?!"

But Heisenberg couldn't respond.

He couldn't move.

He couldn't even scream.

Doomsday gripped his frail body with monstrous hands.

Crack.

Pain.

White-hot, blinding pain.

His rebirth ended in moments. His body broke—limbs shattered, ribs pierced lungs.

> "Warning: fatal damage detected. Initiating emergency multiverse transfer…"

> "Target universe: Earth-199999 (Marvel Universe)."

> "Stabilizing host. Commencing interdimensional ejection."

> "Delivery complete."

---

Suddenly, all was silent.

Heisenberg floated in the cold of space.

Before him… a blue planet.

Beautiful. Teeming with life.

Earth—but not the one he knew.

He'd landed in a new universe. And somewhere down there… a new story would begin.
