Lee Hwan stood atop a tall stone spire at the edge of the 9th Floor. The winds howled around him, but his aura burned brighter than ever before. His dragons circled above in the crimson sky, their wings spreading heat and power like a second sun.
He looked up toward the heavens—toward the unreachable.
Toward the 1st Ranker.
Chronos — Vessel of the Monarch of Time.
The one who controlled the very fabric of moments.
Lee clenched his fist, power radiating from every muscle, his True Dragon Eyes glowing fiercely.
"Chronos... you may control time…"
"But I'll catch up to you."
"Even if I have to shatter every rule of this tower."

Far above, somewhere on the 20th Floor, Chronos opened his eyes, sensing the ripple. A rare grin crossed his lips.
"Interesting. The Dragon Vessel is finally roaring."
