The Baiting Fish is an hunter, using baits to confuse unsuspecting prey, and killing them once they get closer.
The Baiting Fish is agile, and durable enough to take on an entire military squad with full equipment, and armor.
Taking on countless bullets and missile while sustaining several minor injuries, and one fatal wound in its eyes.
Appearance: The Baiting Fish resemble that of an Humanoid Fish.
It's eyes were that of a fish, it's teeth were sharp enough to pierce a tank, and the size of it were long enough to pierce through several human stack on top of each other.
The Head were human, and fish on it's neck were fish gills.
It's most notable feature were the long cable like robe on its head, hanging from is a car covered in blood, often mistaken as a red car by the victim.
The headlight of the car were enough to illuminate an entire room, the Baiting Fish used this light to blind or confuse their prey.
Ability: The Baiting Fish Speed is comparable to that of an normal car going at full speed.
It's metallic like skin were enough to deflect bullets, or endure bombardment of missile, and grenade.

Our officer found that the girl had likely killed The Baiting Fish by herself, only dying due to losing much of her blood.
It is unknown on how she manage to do it, but upon further investigation we found that the girls body had undertaken an evolution.
We don't know the cause of it, and it is likely from this evolution that the girl is able to defeat, and kill the Baiting Fish.
It's unfortunate that the girl had long since died, two days ago before we found her body.
